So the other day I took out cash Cinthia was my teller. She was perfect. I hope others can learn from her. She was polite, professional, and didn’t make me feel like a criminal . There’s been many occasion in the past not with this bank but I had PNC, where I would take out cash from my own bank account but they would make me feel like a criminal. At that time I had a legit job. My earnings were direct deposited into my account, so it’s not like I was depositing cash every time into my bank account. More than one occasion I felt like a criminal when I would take out cash like $2000 or $3000. I understand banks have policies and they need to ask a customer why are you taking out this cash but you don’t need to make the person feel like a criminal to do so

The ATM is constantly broken yet the manager refuses to notify customers with any kind of sign. They also do not answer their phones like the downtown branch.

This is the first time I came to this bank, and I don't want to go again next time. The bank is on an appointment basis. They will speed up the processing of the guests who walk in, the attitude is not good, and what they say is very unpleasant. They will recommend guests to choose and spend money for their own benefit. At the end of the conversation, the manager came to ask us for that worker impressions, but I didn't want to talk to the manager just wanted to get out of here. Horrible bank.

15 minutes of waiting in the line while the other 2 teller stood there and do nothing. Understanding its close to your closing time but it's still not closed.

I showed up with my ID but still couldn't do anything with the money because they can't send verification to my cell phone, and had to use the online app to complete a wire transfer inside a branch. What a good service! Taking all my money out.

They do not pick up the telephone during business hours, although I spend 20 minutes trying to get through. Luckily, there are other banks with much better service!

So disappointed in services! I stood there with baby before some came and asked me how can they help. I man came and spoke to me he was kind. And said someone will be with me in about 5 to 10 minutes. Lady was on phone talking and when see come out. I told her what I need she ask me did I have a appointment. I told her no. I had her last time I came in she was nice but keep trying to sell to me. I did not need a teller I need some that could look at my account and asker so questions for me. It was 3 people in the office and non of them had anyone in there. SHE told me it would be better for be to call in. Sad thing is I use to work for B of A so I know how they work. As a customer that's horrible service. They could have helped me in less then 10 minutes. As I sit hear and write this. Only one person came in. Everything should not be for your numbers.

Professionally promptly politely I EMAILED Client Care Executive Response Team Bank of America c/o Kathleen Axsom - Officer ASKING her to email me back because I can NOT DO PHONE CALLS during WORK HOURS ON SET. I stressed email works best and still she sends out form letter asking for a phone call to resolve my issue which is clear cut in my email to her. Not to mention 3 hours wasted on hold with pictures below. Bank of America just sends out form letters expecting you to call address issue!

Very convenient branch with ample parking, good customer service, and enforced Covid practices that make me feel safe. This branch is on the corner of a busy intersection (Rt 202-Concord Pike & Rt 92-Naamans Rd). The location is perfect because there are shopping centers all around. The parking is adequate and in front, on the sides, and in the back. There is an ATM in the front and a drive thru ATM in the back. A representative helped me open up my business account and this branch has an overall orderly system when conducting business there. Lastly, Covid precautions are strict here as follows: masks are required, sanitizers are accessible, and social distancing is guided (via stickers on the floor) as well as enforced (they have strict occupancy limits). I recommend this branch!

Was there a few days ago waiting on line to withdraw money using the teller. Short older lady with short black hair and a red sweater offered to help me deposit a check. I said no I'm withdrawing money and she looked at me like I had six heads telling me I could use the atm. I told her it was a lot of money and would prefer the teller. She proceeded to ask me how much it was which I found to be extremely rude. I get the whole social distancing thing but that was intrusive, made me feel uncomfortable as there were others around me, and poor customer service.
