“I made an online booking for 8am thinking that was the time for my oil change (perfect!) not realizing after calling to confirm it was supposed to be a drop off time (yikes!) I had taken the day off and I had a ton of errands lined up (which is why I was so excited about 8am being available) but after apologizing and offering to reschedule I was told to come in and they'd make it work. And they did! This location has impeccable customer service. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable and they explained my question in a way I could understand (car maintenance isn't my area of expertise at all) and they even offered valuable auto advice for the future. I liked that they have a shuttle service (I didn't see one person wait over 10min to get a ride from them) so I will keep that in mind next time. As I waited for the oil change I witnessed how they treated each customer that came in the door and I was truly impressed. I will definitely bring my vehicle (s) here in the future. (But making the appropriate appointment next time of course ) I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in and letting me hang out until my Rogue was done as well as providing excellent customer support. You all are awesome ??”

“Absolutely the easiest and smoothest car-buying experience ever ! JC, my salesman, and Kyle, the sales manager, were professional, personable and extremely helpful. Both were patient beyond what I would have expected since I delayed making this purchase until I had collected several dealership offers and had the time to make comparisons and crunch the numbers. While Kyle and/or JC checked in with me frequently, they never pressured or hurried me to make a decision.
The vehicle price Kyle and I agreed upon was, I felt, fair to both parties.
The fact that JC drove over 90 minutes to pick me up at my home and drive me another hour back to the dealership was an amazing courtesy. I am grateful I didn’t need to “recruit” a friend or family member to make that journey on a Friday evening at rush hour !

“Mario is a magician of paintless dent repair. This is my second time taking a vehicle to him. The first time was after a tree branch fell on my vehicle. It had well over 10 small to medium sized dents and Mario straightened them out perfectly. As for this issue on the black vehicle it was of course a door ding. The dent was roughly a nickel size. It took him roughly 10 minutes to work his magic. As you can see it looks flawless. Regardless if its an old or a brand new vehicle made of steel or aluminum Mario can fix it quickly and professionally. Can't express my thanks enough. Great person and a great local employee owned business.”

“The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.

“I spoke to Joe at JV Auto repair and was able to schedule a follow up appointment the next day to look at my friends Jetta who was scheduled to travel back to Texas although her AC was not functioning correctly. JV quickly identified that the new compressor from Napa was defective but still under warranty. I returned the defective unit back to Napa for a full refund and opted to replace it with a new unit from the dealership. JV installed it that same day and I was up and running without issue.
