“Unfortunately for me, I’ve had the distinct pleasure of having to deal with this company twice this summer due to unplanned accidents. They did such a great job the first time I had to go back a 2nd time.. The first time my car was involved in a hit and run accident and my insurance company recommended Caliber. They were amazing! Next, when I was involved in a small fender bender, there was no question in my mind that going back to Caliber Collision was a great move. The staff is friendly, courteous and diligent. They communicated effectively, frequently and efficiently. I appreciate all that they have done for me. Most importantly, at the end of both of my stents at Caliber Collision my car came back as beautiful as it was the day before my incidents. Thanks Caliber for such a great job. “Just had yet another outstanding experience at Osborne's Auto Repair. My SUV (Ford Expedition) broke down on side of the road late afternoon last week. Luckily Osborne's was still open. Ed drove out after hours to check the issue. I had the vehicle towed to his shop. He had a spare at his shop of the broken part on my SUV and replaced it. He did not charge me for the part. I was embarrassed how little he charged me for this service but have to say I was not shocked. This is typical and ordinary service at Osborne's Auto Repair. I highly recommend these folks for honest and outstanding auto service!! Thanks again guys!”

“These guys are the best! I've taken multiple cars here and they are always professional and honest. Their pricing is very fair and they do a great job! Everyone I've talked to on the phone or in person is very positive, patient, and professional. Turnaround time is very quick as well. Scott always calls once they've looked at the car, states the problem or problems clearly as well as his recommended solution, and let's me decide what I want them to fix and what I want to handle myself. So much better than taking it to the dealer and having them pressure you into fixing a laundry list of things that aren't necessary just to keep the car running. Five stars!”

“We had our Subaru damaged during a hit and run last month.Rear driver side. We took the car to Collision and they found there was more damage that was first thought. The wheel had been damage along with the rear subframe suspension assembly. Jack from Crash Champions Auto Body, suggested Sports Car Tire for that stage of the repairs. I was somewhat apprehensive but Jack went out of his way and offered to take us to Sports Tire Shop in Wilmington for a gander. We went with it. Let me tell you... these people are absolutely phenomenal in the work they do. They had the car up on the lift to show us the damage and what was needed to be repaired. They were very respectful and kind and answered all our questions. There was no question in their abilities or their integrity. Work was finished before expectation. We cannot praise or recommend both of these businesses highly enough. Note: This was the only shop ever to replace "my" original tire valve cap. Now that's paying proper respect to the customer... I'd say. Thank you.”

“Highly recommend for slightly used tires, brakes, etc. I had front and back brakes put on my Mazda CX9 and the price was unbelievably cheap and they did a fantastic job within 20 minutes. What I love about Cruz is that more than one person works on your car to troubleshoot. Just had rotors and brakes all around in 7/2023 on Union St. Had to get a loan to pay for it all and when Crespo Ent. went out of business, none of my past receipts could be honored for parts/warranties.
Always get my tires there.”

After a few minutes, he started the car, and everything seemed to be running fine. I don't remember the gentleman’s name, but he fixed the problem and explained everything to me. “I had a tree branch fall on the side panel of my car and took it into Brandywine Auto Body for repair as a first timer and they exceeded expectations. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”
