I do not recommend this Audi dealership. The customer service is sub par. My car needed repairs that would take a week. They don’t have any loaners until the end of June. For whatever reason they can’t get me a loaner from another Winner auto group dealer. So not only will I be out of a car for a week, but I will also have to miss work. When I escalated this to a manager it was like talking to a wall . Zero compassion or Empathy. From now on I’ll be going back to Wynnewood Audi.

I must suggest to everyone that you don't buy an Audi! My Q5 is a lemon and has spent more time in the shop than it has in my garage. The dealership told me that they would buy it then AUDI America said no.I paid big bucks for this car and I'm now I'm stuck with a lemon!Audi is sad!Yes, I did receive compensation after the 3rd time it was I'm the shop with AC problems, but I requested a buy back after it was in the shop for the 4th time. It, again, it has to stay overnight. Another inconvenience!

Love the service team at Audi Wilmington. I am a car guy, but not a mechanical guy... they never make me feel stupid, rather they are super friendly, engaging and professional. Andy is fantastic! He has consistently gone above and beyond in helping me and we've developed a great working relationship. Makes me feel like family there which is awesome.Services: Electrical repair

On my way home from Philadelphia to Alexandria, VA my car threw a temper tantrum and could not accelerate. If there is such thing as luck in these circumstances, I was only a few miles from Audi Wilmington when it happened- later afternoon on a Saturday! They quickly diagnosed the problem, got me on my way in a loaner, and kept me informed of the progress over the next few days. Kedy and Brad were kind and efficient. If only they worked at my local dealership...

Based on my experience with other Audi dealerships this place oozes customer service from the initial call to the time I drove off of the lot. I worked from the dealership while my car was being serviced and it's plainly obvious this dealership is active, busy, and engaging.Why did I stop here?Passing through the area, I had a coolant light come on and I didn't want to drive back to VA and potentially cause any issues. So, I dropped it off to have it looked at. I had also reached out to some long-standing Audi friends and inquired about this dealership and the feedback they had was positive. I was told these guys are true enthusiasts and my car would be in good hands. That was 100% true. That morning, I received a call (from Andy Brandes the service advisor) who also shared a video assessment (from Reed Medsger the tech) which I thought was pretty cool. I've been to five Audi dealerships over my Audi owning years and this is the first time ever that I had received a video assessment. I love the transparency, I think it builds credibility and removes the mystery around what a mechanic sees for those who don't know much about cars. I do know quite a bit so this wasn't foreign to me but I think others would love it even more. This location is kept clean, by a very helpful, meticulous, energetic, and passionate woman who is also a fellow Capricorn. I could tell she has been there for a while and is well respected which meant a lot because I enjoyed speaking with her. While I worked, the staff checked on me, asked if I was hungry, and recommended a couple of places to eat. I took them up on the offer and walked around the corner to a place called Kid Shelleen's where the food was amazing. I came back, Andy updated me that the car is holding pressure strong and they didn't find any leaks, or fault code errors. They cleaned everything up, washed and got it ready. Before leaving, I was blessed with the pleasure of seeing some car porn in one of their car lounges...OMG!! The beautiful cars in there were insane. If you are into cars like I am, you should inquire to see what's in there. I don't even want to spoil it by sharing - you just have to see for yourself. Lastly, one of the things I like about this dealership is the transparency of who owns and runs the shop. Everyone has a profile on their site. That is something no other Audi dealership in VA has. While this is hours away from me, I think this will be the place I purchase my next Audi.PS: Audi shops in VA need to learn from this shop.

Wow! So worth the trip to Delware. Manager John was very helpful and excellent product knowledge. Looked for ways to save me money on my current Audi Care. Make sure I was happy and took time. Business done right. I'm impressed.

Shout out to the Audi Service department, service advisor Andy and the tech Reed. Thrilled with their work and taking care of the rather large recall job on my Audi. Hiccup in the beginning but they corrected it and make sure the customer was happy. Thank you all again, much appreciated.

2021 Audi S8. Absolutely the worst dealer I have ever been to. 3+ hours for an oil change. Tire change could not be done in time. I had to leave as I lost my mind here with the ineptitude. Stay away. Trust me....My auto elevate air ride suspension was screwed and my iPhone settings were all lost as a result of a simple oil change. I need to find a reliable service center.

I took my vehicle here to get an oil change, tire rotation, rear breaks replaced. My car started to have vibration issues driving at a higher speed after my service. I did not have this problem when I gave them my vehicle. I called them on Saturday to let them know about the issue. The following week a gentleman picked it up from my house and took it back to Audi Wilmington so a technician can check out the problem. A representative gave me call back to let me know, I also needed to change out 4 of my tires and wheel part was dented. So I agreed to get those done.However, the vibration issue reappeared a couple days later driving on the highway. I would not recommend this dealership/auto service. We have warned our family, friends and coworkers in the DE, PHL, and MD area. **Do NOT get your vehicle service here!

Bought a vehicle here. The sunroof stopped working 3 days later, the car now shakes when we drive at higher speeds. We tried calling, but nobody gets back to you. I'd never buy a vehicle here again. They seem like good people when you are about to make a purchase, but don't expect that afterwards.

Went to get my Audi its yearly check up and this place was awesome. They send you a video text message showing my Audi being fixed and what was getting done- I thought that was really cool. They also had a park near by which I should have brought my dog to pass the time. When I got my car, I was happy with the service

Let me start by saying I feel like I never have pleasant experiences at car dealerships. I contacted Stephen McKeehan directly as he was referred to me by a good friend. He was absolutely amazing and such a pleasure to deal with. We spoke on the phone, over email and also text. The car I wanted was a rare one (RS6 Avant) so it wasn't easy to find, but I put a deposit down and took my place in the build line. In the end, I ended up accepting a deal with another dealership (local) because I got impatient, but Stephen was a pleasure to work with and not your typical sales person...give him a shot !!!
