The only problem I encountered that some ATT location they only have one employee working to me it should at least be two and you have to wait unless you go to a location that is bigger and have plenty of help I just don’t get it and if they can’t fixed your problem they send you to an Apple location. I had been a customer for the last 22 years

I passed the att&t store linden hill to address an issue I was going back and forth with customer service on phone. I got to the store and my experience with the customer rep Lisa was my most horrible customer experience ever in my life. Not only was she rude, she was very unprofessional and disrespectful to myself and family. She said she couldn’t help me since I had already been to the store and she cannot do much to help. I ended up calling customer service to address the issue since I wanted it dealt with once and for all, whilst on the phone waiting for a response, Lisa was also making a personal call telling the person on phone that she is dealing with a customer who thinks she deserves something she does not. Lisa also shouted at my toddler who was playfully exploring the store. AT&T must address such horrible and unprofessional behavior from customer reps to prevent losing dozens of customers. If you pass by the store and a Lisa opens the door, runnnnnnnn…you will thank me later.
