People are rude and confused! It’s a shame that VETS get represented like this.

I have donated numerous times to this organization clothes with tags still on them. Barbie’a still in their boxes etc but the experience I have had in August is horrible. Pickup scheduled and confirmed for August 26, for up at 6:15 in morning and put out the 20+ boxes for pickup- no show. Called and a pickup was scheduled for August 30 again put everything out and guess what back in today. At 69 yes old this is not easy for me to do but believe me will not donate another thing here. Will find someone who appreciates me as much as the items I donate. Would give zero stars if I could. I understand things happen but when a supervisor cannot tell you why the pickup was not done nor a phone call saying they can not complete a pickup today this is unacceptable !I received a call this morning and even after my address being used 3 previous times google maps is showing West which is not my mailing address nor on street sign but someone did call and pick up will be today. There was a confusion and hopefully this is now corrected as I want the Veterans to receive the benefits of my donations. I will update my rating from previous experiences

Was scheduled for pickup and they never showed. Called the office, sent emails no response until the next day when they said they would come pickup the next day. I didn’t believe them and asked for them to call or ring the doorbell when they arrived so the boxes could be put back outside. NOTHING. They left a note saying they missed us. FINALLY got in contact with someone on the phone maybe 30 minutes after they left and they said they would not return because they were too far away. DO NOT DONATE! It’s unfortunate but my donations will go to a much better organized place.

Got a post card and was ready to donate until I read on their website that the clothes people donate is giving to thrift stores to SELL.. I will continue to donate to DE clothing bank instead. They actually give clothes to people for Free!
