Watch ur back in the grocery store. After my husband paid for his ice cream that he was going outside to eat while waiting on me to finish shopping the security along with 2 other employees jumped him & put him in a choke hold while trying to take him to the ground and called the cops and had him arrested bc he fought back. All this bc they thought he stole the ice cream even though he had the receipt in his hand.

This shopping center is always so dirty with trash and cigarette butts all over the parking lot! The stores are run down and need updating. I wouldn't even walk my dog there. Yuck!!!

It's a ghetto store sometimes meats are bad n seafood is bad an you get harrassed by people in store trying to sell you food stamps an approaching you to give you a ride for money and overall the store is nasty

Something is not right with this store. The prices are labeled one way but they are rung up with higher prices. I don't know if some of the employees are scamming customers, but when I asked their supervisor to do price checks on the items I was questioning, she just stared blankly at me. I followed with can I show you the price signs I saw. No answer, no reply of any sort. She just rescanned the items and simply repeated the higher prices. How difficult is it to check or have another employee check 3 items' shelf prices? How wrong is this?Every time in the past (in other stores), if there was a dispute in pricings, employees would take items and simply do price checks. It was clear this employee did not want to check the price signs I saw for the items in question. I ended up returning the items for refunds.I just don't know if she was simply a lazy employee or someone on the supervisor level scamming customers and stealing from the store. She refunded my money without any problems, but didn't seem to care about customer relations or professional services at all.I don't plan on shopping at this store anymore. Whatever the case may be with this employee, it is just bad business for all parties--sellers and shoppers.

This place gets worst by the minute NEVER since they switched have they been able to accommodate to any of our needs specially the bakery department so frustrating to have to buy here because its close to home but best believe from today on Shoprite it is.

I've been calling this place for 3hrs to place a order for a sub tray, and line has been busy for over 3hrs. They have the lazest workers, working at this store, and why don't they have a person a the customer service desk at all times, you have to walk around and ask is anyone working at the customer service desk. Wow..they need to get somethings in order. I'm a paying customer and I have to find help. The worst super market.

The store is trash period, all the pre-seasoned meat is expired meat they season it to cover up the smell. In the Deli they have no dates on opened meat and they will still slice expired meat. Raising of the prices does not mean the quality is better. People go out to smoke and come in to handle food without washing their hands. Employers get high on the job. If you call customer service and ask to speak to a manager they hang up on you I mean the list goes on and on. You can’t call HR because they have no number. The ownership office can’t even find the number for HR. Like what is going on?! FDA how is this store still operating??

Just yesterday I purchased a can of lump crab meat. Can home set it in the fridge,hour later went to open it. The smell was so bad I returned it. This place is the slump of all grocery stores. They need to be shut down nothing of good quality comes out of there. From the vegetables to the meat’s are all bad. Can’t even rate them 0 stars
