Don’t use self checkout if you don’t want to be shoved and have something snatched out of your hand by the miserable person overseeing that area. She literally shoved me and snatched my produce. Because she didn’t want me to key in the items code. I don’t get it. I’ve only been to this Acme twice and both times something bazaar happened. I won’t be going back here anytime soon.

Customer service is terrible at this store. Get ready to wait behind customers who can't fill out lottery tickets so the customer service person does it for them. They don't even acknowledge you are there. Other than that store is clean and stocked. Shopping is fine just don't expect to do anything at customer service quickly.

Do not trust the offers that this super market offers. ALWAYS REVIEW YOUR BILL and compare the offers when you pay, many times they do not give the discount they offer. I say this from experience that many times when paying it is not the price it is.

The self checkout doesn't take cash. And they usually only have 1 Person open on register. Not to mention the meat cases smell rancid. I'll never go to ACME again. Lost my business in one trip.

Bakery staff is very friendly! Every person I talked to in the department was very nice and helpful. One of them even brought a cart over for me - so nice and thoughtful!!!! The cakes I ordered looked beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They were also delicious! Several people commented on how good the whipped icing tasted. This is my new Acme!!!! Thank you so much to the bakery department!!!!!!! ❤️

I stopped in today, desperately looking for four dozen not fancy cupcakes to take to a senior center. I tried four other stores and they didn't have them or they were ridiculously expensive. The folks in the bakery was so very helpful and quickly prepared them for me on the spot. I truly appreciate this wonderful group of people and the cupcakes were delicious!

Used to go here all the time, but now the prices are absolutely ridiculous. When Genuardi's and Safeway were across the street, prices at ACME were a lot better.

I have shopped at this Acme every week for 15 years. I like the workers and the store.
Ever since Covid, they discontinued their ticket system at the deli. At first, I understood. But since 2021, I have asked the store manager several times about implementing the ticket system again. I get continually blown off. But yet week after week, there are people standing in line at the deli (my record was 31 minutes).
Other grocery stores have apps where you can order lunchmeat ahead. Some have computer kiosks where you place your order and pick up later. But not this Acme. Not even a ticket system where you can grab your ticket and shop a few aisles.
Management is well aware but continue to operate in the laziest way possible. I showed them that they can improve their customers experience by ordering deli tickets on Amazon to arrive by “tomorrow at noon” but they are simply unwilling to consider how valuable their customer’s time is.

Older guy at customer service desk will tell you there is no baby formula but really he just doesn’t feel like opening/ unpacking the boxes they are in.Came again today weeks after this post and he is there again. Again says no cans. Is it a coincidence that the only time you guys don’t have formula is, when he’s behind the customer service desk?
