Just wanted to say you guys really need to work on training people right I worked over night and the manager in the deli she didn’t teach me anything just put me over night without any training. How do u fire someone for having AirPods in and it’s overnight

I've been coming to this Acme for years and never experienced a problem or dislike before however now a days whenever I visit the floral department I am immediately set off by the rude, incompetent, overwhelmed woman that is there now. I remember that the floral department was the best ever when it was run properly by a older gentleman.. This lady thats there now has not a single care for the customers and she literally can't handle a single request for anything. I ordered 2 floral arrangements online for a funeral and her stupid attitude when I went to pick up was horrible, I understood the confusion of what was shown online doesn't always reflect what the store has, understandable. But, in sensitive situations such as the one I had she could have done better to help our situation in our time of grief instead of making our order mix up seem like a major inconvenience to her. Sorry but I will never use this store location again for any of my floral needs... by the way if you are unsure of who I am referring to, she's a very thin woman and always seems like shes having a hell of a time or she just can't do her job... also I remember on Valentines day a year ago how her stupid attitude was when I asked her for a single pink rose and she started picking at a rose bunch and throwing the stems like a weirdo..

I cannot understand why the deli staff can’t package meat and cheese without covering the opening with a sticker. Every time they do it, the side tears open. They have zero common sense. Why can’t they just go back to butcher paper?

I got there just before 9:00 p.m. One of the people tidying up the deli was kind enough to package up some tuna salad for me. I was a little shocked to see Safeway stuff around. I thought that Albertsons was still active. Bread was about $1-$3 more than I was expecting, in comparison to the chain I usually shop at. Everything looked great, though. No genuine complaints.

this entire franchise, including on this very page they advertise that they take Apple Pay, but I've been in three different Acme's in this area and tried to use Apple Pay, and it says it even on their kiosk that they take Apple Pay, and they obviously do not. It never goes through, when you try to use it, they need to stop advertising that they take Apple Pay until they get their crap together and make sure that it works properly and stop wasting peoples time

Unpleasant Experience with Manager EmoryI recently had a concerning encounter with Manager Emory that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive, and it has left me questioning the professionalism within the workplace.During a recent interaction, Manager Emory not only displayed extreme rudeness but also engaged in unprofessional behavior, including raising their voice and physically hitting objects. This created an uncomfortable and hostile environment that made it difficult to address any concerns or communicate effectively.As an employee, I believe in a respectful and collaborative work environment, and the behavior exhibited by Manager Emory was a stark departure from these principles. Yelling and displaying frustration by hitting objects not only undermines employee morale but also sets a concerning precedent for how conflicts are handled within the team.I hope that this feedback is taken constructively, as it reflects my genuine concern about the working atmosphere under Manager Emory's leadership. Clear communication and a positive workplace culture are essential for a team's success, and I believe addressing these issues will contribute to a healthier and more productive work environment.

As we all know acme supermarkets are one of the most expensive when surveyed. But they have very good sales and that's what I take advantage of. The store is very clean very well staffed and also stocked.

Clean store, a beautiful variety of flower arrangements/poinsettias. Prices seem to be a little higher than some of the other supermarkets but prices are high everywhere. A nice variety of fresh vegetables and fruit

Acme Pike Creek was our go to location for weekly groceries. Last week I went there mid morning and one of the doors was locked (sign said this door open at 8AM). So I found my way in another way and did my shopping. I checked out close to the exit door on that same side of the building. It seems that they have installed cart jamming strips (not sure what it is really called) at that exit and a poor woman trying to exit thought her cart was jammed. She pushed and pushed to try to exit the building as most people are used to doing at that store. The checker was trying to explain to her what the problem was but she still thought her cart was jammed and kept pushing. I (of course) then choose the other exit so I wouldn't encounter the same situation. I'm not sure if there is a really good reason for this to happen but I will not be going to shop there. How embarrassing.

Don’t recommend grocery pick up. Not sure what is going on lately but for the past 2 months it’s been getting worse and worse. Everytime something is messed up. It’s like they are rushing and not reading the order correctly. I had damaged items, wrong items picked etc. Some of the workers are clueless, don’t do their jobs correctly or just don’t care. Guess I’ll be going to the one on Kirkwood Hwy now because this store is not it anymore.Don’t call and make a complaint they don’t give a damn. I called corporate before because one of the drive up and go employee and me argued about my order and his attitude/customer service SUCKED big time.Just save yourself the trouble and go else where. I mostly will be changing my pharmacy also. ??♀️
