I AM FED UP WITH AAA. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR MANY YEARS BUT THIS YEAR I HAVE WAITED NOW OVER 3 WEEKS TO GET A NEW CARD AFTER I RENEWED AND PAID MY MEMBERSHIP ON MAY 22, 2024. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worthless at times. I pay for the premier service buy theirs nothing premier about it. I called for a tow after all my antifreeze leaked out and was given a 4 hour window why they wait for tow companies to bid on the tow. I was told I could not leave my house until they got there and I had to be the one to give them the key and that my spouse could not give them the key and if my spouse did they would have to be the one to call and request service although they are on my plan and I had to be to work. It was just a big waist and I decided to add roadside assistance to my insurance plan for future tows just incase this madness continues. I would recommend just having roadside assistance through your insurance than through aaa. Worst money ever spent on their poor customer service

I have no idea who this amazing lady was But Chris you did an outstanding job! Thank you for keeping in touch the whole time while trying to get me back home!! Your manager needs to know you went more than above and beyond with what you did last night! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart to find someone before 6am…. Triple AAA if you see this that woman deserves a vacation and one hell of a pay raise!

I needed a jump in January and they told me no one was available for5 hours. They told me to get a 3rd party service to jump the car and they would reimburse me. I summitted the payment reimbursement claim and a month later a check arrived for the full amount. I deposited the check in the bank and the check bounced. I called them back and all they said is they would investigate.

Went there because it was a designated IDENToGo to get digital fingerprints. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable and just plain HELPFUL. IDENToGo is a fairly new way to verify identity to get a copy of ones criminal records. That facility at the AAA location at the Riverfront is (THE) place to go.

Wish they had a 0 star option. When I worked for AAA we actually provided service. Can someone explain to me why I have been waiting for a simple tow since 7pm YESTERDAY and I have had to call at least 7 times now in order to get nothing. All I want is the tow service I am entitled to with my membership. AAA has absolutely 0 value anymore. They cant even provide their core services anymore

I called Sunday to have my car towed out of my steep icy driveway so I could go to work and they said 4 hours and someone would call me. They called them told me that they were not going to stop by because I was not a woman with a child and they had more important calls to take care of. I wasted time with AAA and money it cost us 200 dollars for the one year service that we have been members for over two years and we get told sorry we can't help you. I missed my shift in a busy hospital because of AAA not having any integrity or care for their customers. I would not use this company in the future and stick with my insurance company that charges 50 dollars per year to help driver's when they need a tow. I was really disappointed with unprofessional personal and telling me a lie to get out of the job they are being paid to do.

Terrible. Wasted half of my work day waiting 4 1/2 hours before I had to cancel my pick up request. Received an ETA and even 2 hours afterwards no heads up or anything. Don’t waste your money or time.

My sons car broke down, caught fire and we waited for a 2 am pick up. It was a scary experience for him and I. We waited 2 hrs to get a tow truck..The driver called me a few times to try figure out where we were on the interstate. He was rude while I spoke with him on the phone and hung up on me. You at their mercy waiting for them to get your car. Unknowing that they contract out drivers....An unmarked vehicle came to our vehicle. I asked him if was he a triple A driver. He never identified himself as a driver. He inspected the car and I guess decided he didn't want to be bothered. He left us and we couldn't get another driver until 5 am in the morning. I am so angry. This was the worst experience I have ever had with AAA. I have had AAA for over 25 years. I wish customer service had let me know that they used outside contractors and what to expect at pick up. I was trying to protect myself and my son from an unknown tow truck company. It was frightening at 2 am in the morning in Wilmington on interstate I95 not knowing who this person was. I called his phone to be sure he was the driver that called me.. he never answered the phone. When I called the dispatcher she sounded like she just woke up and I disturbed her slumber. She called the driver back and said he couldn't come back to us.. If I knew of a better tow company I would not renew. This was awful. Thanks for nothing AAA. I hope later this morning we can get our car towed.
