The employees at this location are so friendly! Coffee is always stocked and fresh. The past couple of months they have been improving and remodeling and it’s such an extraordinary difference! Love having a friendly coffee one stop shop.

Worst 711 I've been to the cashier is rude 11 pm... shift ...no customer service skills at all ...Its a shame to go in a store to spend money an get nasty attitude an refusing to give what serv u need or req... won't be going there anymore... its ashame cause the a.m lady was alwys amazing .... shame more can't be like her

This place is the worst by far I have been too .my entire family and I spend plenty of money here on a daily basis. Only to be treated like trash .we refuse to spend one more of our heart earned money here ever again .every worker in this location hates there job .they have terrible attitudes and have 0 respect for the customers .no matter rich or poor or what color your skin is ,u will be treated poorly here ,it's so sad .

We were visiting my parents who reside in New Castle, DE, we were out in Wilmington and stopped at this 711 because my daughter wanted slushy . Yesterday happens to be 7-11 and my husband reminded us that is was free because as always 711 give out free medium slushy on 7-11. We entered the store, headed to the slushy machine, ask the clerk which cup was the right size (medium) to confirm we were taking the right size. He pointed it out and immediately told us they were not giving free slushy drinks because of coronavirus. This made absolutely no sense as there were several signs displaying/advertising free slushy with the app, which we had. I proceeded and got the medium slushy which my husband was ready to pay for, but it just didn’t sit right with me because for as long as I can remember 711 gives free slushy on 711. So I asked the clerk, when it was time for us to checkout. if you said the company is not give out free slushy because of coronavirus why is there signs everywhere advertising it, even on the slushy machine? He responded by saying okay I guess I can do it, but you have to have the app. I told him why would you assume we don’t have the app? and you’re not doing us a favor by giving us the slushy. If you don’t want to participate in a company wide policy then you need to take the signs down. He rang up the slushy and slid it off the counter with an attitude and said here now go. I was shocked that he said that, I told him we are not done. My daughter wanted candy, when I’m done we will leave I said. He rang up the candy, we paid for my daughter’s candy. My parents were using the ATM, I went over and explained to them how rude he was to us. Before heading out my father told him he needs to learn some manners and clearly he does. I am a business owner and work for the government I can afford to buy a slushy. The disrespectful way he spoke to us was unacceptable! As a business owner you should always speak to people with respect and have customer service skills, you never know who’s walking into your store. My parents were going to buy other things, but because of the way he treated us they decided to take their business elsewhere! If I could give this place 0 star I would! Never will I go there and spend my money or refer them! I can see from the reviews of this place they need to definitely learn some manners as my father told him. Get some customers skills ASAP!

If I could put zero stars I would. Wouldn't recommend going here. Went last night bc big old sign says 49¢ big gulps. Plus if you use your rewards you can score free items right. No wrong!! 3 big gulps&1 surpee should of been $2.66 but no man tried tell me it was $9.xx without your rewards car then wanted charge me $4.17 after rewards. When I have 2 free drinks n others are 49¢ ea then I made him do all separated each time there was funny charge on each he kept telling me oh that's nothing. No your ripping ppl off by adding charges. Then we get to my step daughters chips($3.49,$2.19&1.89). He tells me toal is now $11.xx. Huh on that please explain to me why only 3 items come to that price..??? I added everything up and barely comes to $7 for 3fountain drinks(free+49¢), 1surpee(1.19), 2chips($3.49&1.89),2cookies(free) 1 free 7eleven chips. He wanted org tell me it was $28.xx. Before rewards. Then adding my fone number he says it's $14.xx. Something doesn't look correct I ask him what other charges was he tried telling me that's discounts but no sir that's adding there no minus symbol. I argued with him then told me that bug gulps are not 49¢ but there's huge sign in window. Got. So annoyed I left everything at cash register and left!!!! Will be contacting owners again.. unacceptable!!! So if u do shop here pay attention to your order. This is 2nd time I see weird charges...smh.

I put my number in to be able to get the discount on the coffee so we could get them for a dollar each , well because I also had a 7th free cup it automatically took off for my free cup and the man took my 1$ for the coffee as well , I didn’t catch this right away but went back only 5 minutes late to see if I could get some assistance and see if I could get either my cup put back on or my dollar back and they refused said that I’d have to contact the app , but if your seven eleven you see me everyday I’m in here alllll the time I spend dang near all my money here and I couldn’t have my dollar back for something you charged me for but was supposed to be free ? So I missed out on my free cup which was so disappointing I already had to buy 6 cups just to get the 7th for free and then I’m charged for it anyway and when I try to bring it to light it’s pushed farther under the rug ! I’ve never had a problem here otherwise but this really upset me !
