1 Stop was a waste of time and money. I went there to get my phone unlocked the ETA was 3 days max try two weeks. After my phone was supposedly unlocked I was forced to get my service from there because he couldn't get my phone to work without a carrier. Oh before I forget I picked up my phone he said it was ready to go until I got to my car and the was no sim card in my phone. I went back in there and stayed at least two hrs to get my phone working mind you my wife had to go to the bathroom. At this point I was livid but I kept my cool. All together I paid 125 in all for service I didn't want and to have my phone unlocked. To make a long story short I am back at sprint where I started because att service sucks. All of that for nothing thank you 1 Stop. Wouldn't let me not give 1 star here doesn't deserve it. What's so funny is after all that he asked my wife did she want to get her phone unlocked lol she said no thank you and we left.

Worst place ever ! I went there to get my phone fixed because I had a cracked screen. I paid $100 . Went back 2 days later to tell him my phone was glitching like crazy. He didn't see the problem but he said come back if it happens again . A little more than 1 month later and my phone will never be the same . It does what it wants . Screen goes black way too often and the top of my screen also appears at the bottom of my screen ( blurry ) . Not to mention , my boyfriend got his phone serviced here in the same visit to unlock an iPhone . We gave him 3 days like he asked , came back and he didn't get the job done . Mind you we gave him $50 as a down payment ! I've called several times to check on the phone but no answer . We gave up going there and just let him keep the $50 . Do not go here unless you want to be disappointed! Never again .
