Just went to get 4 bags of ice - and short middle eastern guy ask me for my ID - I ask to buy ice , he says yes even if you buy water. Granted 2 people in front of me purchase alcohol and didn’t get ID

The customer service here is terrible for lottery. The owner refused to allow me to use a $3 dollar voucher even though I was buying $50 worth of tickets. When I asked why not, he just shook his head no. I spoke to the lottery office and this isn’t the first time they have had to address this issue.
