Owner of the shop came out to “rescue” me from the side of the road when I had a flat tire. Wait was a little long of a wait due to a confusion, however, service was quick, painless and he was extremely helpful in my situation. Even followed me to a local gas station to air up my donut before sending me on my way. Gentleman was very professional and courteous. Will definitely be recommending Middletown Towing to anyone in need of tire change, tow, jump start, lock out etc. Thanks again!

Called MT on Friday morning 08/19 after 9am and they had my car towed within 2 hours,great price,service,professional and one of the best service experiences i've had in the past 20 years.-I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a vehicle towed for a very resonable rate. Very undependable company told me they would be to my elderly friend in under an hour waited over four hours still no driver called them for the 5th time (each time we were told be there in 20 minutes )they were very rude on and hung up on my elderly friend ! No one ever showed ! Do not depend on these people ! You will be left stranded!

Stay far away from this Scam. The guy draws you in with cheaper Tow costs to Rip Customers off. From towing to repairs and they sell CAR Lemons as one customer posted here will tell you. Another Rip off in the Auto business. John 3:16.

Excellent tow company and car sales. Tow truck driver got my car where it needed to be in no time even though it was totalled. They even offered to sell me a car which I'm hoping to look into to replace my wrecked vehicle. Would recommend to anyone. Professional and fair.

This towing company is so amazing. I cannot thank them enough. After my car breaking down on the parkway coming from New York, Dave constantly kept in contact with me to help me find a reputable shop to repair my car. He was so kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this towing company.
