This was the first time we have brought our cars to Jaime's. They were very thorough discovering issues that previous auto shop did not mention. They were quick with a resolution and we now have a new , honest repair shop we will continue to bring our cars to.

My experience was ok until it wasn't . I was okay that he couldn't fix the problem. The end was horrible got back in my truck and it was nothing but dog hair everywhere. Which is very unprofessional and disgusting. You don't take your animal into a customer vehicle without cleaning up behind yourself. You dont take you animals in someone else car period . Plus you have no knowledge if i or someone in my family has an allergy to animals . Never again. Plus took my someone where eles and fixed the problem within the hour. Which took a month and 1/2 to not be fix.

Had tires mounted balanced and alignment on my 2017 For Escape. Excellent work. Fair price and had me out in less than two hours. I am a return customer and will continue....

Very honest it is so hard to find an honest mechanic, and he was very honest with me about my car as I know enough about mechanic work, but did not have the tools with me to take care of my car. This guy is looking to give top-notch mechanic service rather than lining his pocket and, making his customers pay for things that are unnecessary I most definitely will use them again as I don’t have the time or the money to pay anyone to mess up my vehicle and their honesty and integrity showed their customer service was absolutely top-notch also

Jamie's Auto is a one of a kind auto shop! I had my car serviced at a very reputable big name auto shop, and was extremely disappointed with their customer service as well the work they performed on my vehicle. I had to bring my car back 3 times for one issue because they couldn't get it right. I recently had my car serviced at Jamie's shop and was extremely satisfied, so much so that I have been recommending them to any and everyone I talk to! It's a clean and friendly environment and they show genuine concern for your vehicle!

As always top notch mechanics and great customer service at Jamie's Auto. The facility is always clean and the waiting area is very welcoming. I have used this facility for years and will continue to do so. It is great to have such a professional and dedicated automotive team in this small town.
