My husband is a heart transplant patient.. The pharmacist wouldn't fill his prednisone saying Noone needs that much.. he had 2 rejections so he's on it for life. Switched to acme and I'll never shop Walgreens again.. along with family members now!

Pharmacist is quite helpful, in person or on phone. Young staff not so much. They are full of themselves.

Book an appointment for my booster shot and am told on the app that I will be helped if I don’t have my vaccine card. Go to my appointment and get told very disrespectfully that there is nothing they can do. I didn’t need an attitude when trying to explain I don’t have my card. You have more cards, my record on file as it’s the same place I got my first two shots, and I have showed them my record on the app. My employer accepts my vaccination record from your app, but you cannot accept it yourself? Other reviews on here state the same thing about disrespectful staff. I am glad CVS is right across the street as I will be taking my business there from now on.

Avoid them for covid nasal tests. My son went there Monday for a swab. They sent an email Tuesday night that his test was cancelled due to duplicates. It was his first test there. What a waste of time. Find a better qualified place.

The pharmacy staff is ALWAYS rude. ALWAYS! I have been told one thing from one person and then something different from another numerous times. They don’t actually look at the written prescriptions and blame you when your doctor has clearly written what’s needed. Their hours keep getting shorter and shorter. Why does this Walgreens even exist? I’m most definitely reaching out to corporate, they are a TERRIBLE representation of Walgreens.

Recently I went here for a passport photo. Honestly I am disappointed, the photo didn’t turn out good?I went to this particular place because it has got an ok review. The person who took the photo was friendly but when I saw the end result, I couldn’t be satisfied at all.First of all the photo was a bit blurry which is strange. When a person choose to go to a place like this and pay a decent amount of money they do expect a good result. These types of photos are often used for official purposes like passport or ID’s and mine was no different. So I expected a clear and good quality picture.
