Don’t expect to get there near closing because they turn off the machines early. I remember when we used to work until closing time and then close out the Machines after. I hate that they close at 4:40 when most people get off work around 4 or 5.

So frustrating. I work during the week and Saturday is the only day I can pick up packages and they are closed when they are suppose to be opened.

I used to go to this post office for all of my needs, but unfortunately it's gone downhill recently. There's been staffing shortages and there's been days where the post office needs to be closed earlier (understandable). Went today at 2:53pm and saw a sign that the post office closed early at 2pm and the window was closed, but the postal workers car is parked right outside. So how is there a staffing shortage for that office when he is clearly there during the time they claim that it is closed? I've tried giving him the benefit of the doubt several occasions (he has claimed that packages haven't been delivered when they're clearly there; he just misplaced them or had them out of sight), but he proves time and time again that I will need to transfer to a different post office due to his unreliability.

The new guy at this post office is extremely professional, and friendly and his customer service is very very excellent…? The reason this post office has very poor reviews is because of the previous lady who worked here for many years. The new gentleman is a breath of fresh air… Believe me?? Thank you Jesus…..?????????

Recently hired a new guy to run this office and he has an absolutely horrible attitude. Too lazy to even put the pickup card for packages in your PO box but then in a condescending tone asks for your card when you tell him you have a pickup. It's already bad enough the mail isn't actually delivered in this town as it should be, don't make it harder with rude, lazy workers.

Very very bad service!! The lady in there was impatient about the difference between the label weight and the actual weight, I was just there dropping off a package for someone, and I got NO instructions from her. And it’s unbelievable that she said “Go!” to me after she scanned the package, and there is NO receipt!!! What an ancient place!

Not really sure of the purpose of this post office, they have limited capabilities, ridiculous hours and rude service. If unable to do what the other post offices do, why is it here, they might as well have a blue box and let that be it.
