“We purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago. Gavin our salesman was nice , answered all our questions.
After having it a couple days we noticed the radio wasn't picking up any stations. Found out the screw in part of the antenna was missing. My wife talked to a salesman and he got someone who said they would order one and call her.
Well its been over a week and no call. Stopped in today and talked to Gavin about it. Unfortunately they guys she talked to wasn't there today.
Gavin said he would take care of it but I told him never mind. I'm not waiting another 2 weeks so I ordered one. It will be here in 3 days.
I feel I should be reimbursed for this.”

“I must admit that I was extremely weary of buying a used car. The last time I purchased a used car was when I was a teenager. But my family we needed a second car. So, by chance we happened to drive by and saw this Range Rover and we stopped and met the salesman, John. He was extremely helpful especially working with the financial institution that I was working with. So, we did have a minor problem, the battery had to be replaced. And usually when you buy a used car it is an as is condition. So I was introduced to Lee Price the General Manager. Let me tell you something, this man is such a professional. He completely worked with me. To get the battery replaced. Other than that, the car rides great. I strongly recommend this place. “Mark Bell the sales rep and Ally the business officer person did a very good job, both helping me get the truck I wanted from TX and arranging transaction and DMV-related administration. There were some minor initial glitches with Carmax's software, we thought the truck had been sold out from under us when in fact it was just being held for me... it was labelled as "sold" then later "unavailable". Once it came to the Newark DE branch, everything went smoothly and so far the truck is running quite well. We'll see how the Service department does with it next week on some issues that should be covered under warranty, hopefully things will go well. The 125 point inspection and 3 month/4000 mi warranty give me greater assurance of a sound vehicle, as opposed to buying from a random private seller. If Carmax continues to perform well, I'll recommend the company to others.”

“Overall, my experience was very quick, easy, and as painless as buying a new vehicle can be. Sanaa was very helpful and the manager was also forthcoming with information when asked. The one thing I wished could have been better was knowing more about the specific pieces of paperwork that we had to sign. I’ve been through this process before, but we were buying for someone who’s never had their own vehicle before and they felt like they were just roped along without fully understanding the process. A new buyer may prefer more handholding. Otherwise, I will definitely consider CARMART, specifically this location, in the future.”
