The Representative with the crown on her head was very rude…did not even give me a chance to state what help I needed before she said we can’t help you and to make and appointment. The representative Shadasia in the Dover office was very friendly, professional and proficient and had me out out the bank in 7 minutes!

I was there today around 3:30 at the Smyrna location. Joanne I don’t no if you were having a bad day but whatever it was it showed! You did not display good customer service. You were very condescending and and overall not helpful. I work in a hospital so I deal with people daily. It is not always pleasant but I always smile for reassurance and comfort . You pretty much told me by your demeanor I don’t no what you are going to do but you can’t be seen today. The branch closes at 5? I have been with WSFS well over 20yrs and this is the first time I had a bad experience.

I’ve always had fast courteous service at this location. Everyone has been friendly and helpful even when I call for assistance over the phone.

Just switched to this bank. Showed up there today by 4:50pm to pick up a temporary card. Associate told me to come today. The associates were there but door was locked and no one let me in. Off to a great start wsfs
