Have been going to Wilis for years with both my chevys and I am very disappointed Have had my impala in three times for trunk issue and have not been able to drive the car for a month and every time I call I am told I have to wait another week to bring my car back to try again to fix the problem, would think at least you would get to me faster as I have been a loyal customer, I may look for another dealership after this

We just purchased a car through Willis Chevrolet and Reno was our sales rep. He was excellent! Everyone that we dealt with at this dealership was truly great! We are so ecstatic about our purchase!

This is the second Chevy I purchased at this dealership. I must say everyone from the sales staff to the service department have always been very courteous and helpful. I will continue to rely on Willis for all of my automotive needs. An update to this previous post. I have now purchased a third Chevy model from Willis Chevy and once again my salesman Jeff has come through for me by getting me in the vehicle that I had my eye on. Additionally the service department is always very helpful taking care of my service needs, however I am disappointed that they no longer offer Saturday service hours. Services such as shuttle service provided at no charge are appreciated however to ease the inconvenience of M-F only available for service needs.

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, the folks there was very friendly and courteous. They did the job and had the truck done in a short time.

We only purchase our vehicles from Willis and 5 years ago to the date we were there purchasing our last car. We love it here, everyone is so personable and show how much they care, especially Glenn. We have never had a bad experience from buying our vehicles to the excellent service department.

As a former “parts guy” I was appalled at how Wayne spoke to me today. When I said I would call back to order the part if I couldn’t find it today he had a major attitude with me and stated that I should have told him that before “he did all that work”. Then he put his hear down and refused to even look at me. I typically buy a new car every 18 months or so. I just moved to the area and I will never return to this dealership for anything. Unacceptable attitude.

We had work done on our vehicle on the first of the month. I was told the printer was down so I was not able to receive my invoice for the work I paid almost 3,000 for. I asked for it to be emailed which clearly has NOTHING TO DO with my invoice getting sent well it is now the 11th of the month and I have not received my invoice. So if anything goes wrong with the vehicle of the course of the days I have no documentation stating they repaired the vehicle. What kind of business doesn't provide anything other than a little paper receipt. I need the list of everything that I had done .

If you want tobe treated like family, ensure your vehicle is repaired correctly the first time, either have a loaner vehicle available or have a ride to and from your residence, see Ron Depuis or Kenny Biddle. Both are "top notch" people who bend over backwards to ensure a pleasing visit. I reccommend no other dealership!

Was not impressed. Got service done and asked to be informed how everything looked. I had just got the car and wanted them to check it over. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. That was it, no person to talk to, no paperwork explaining anything, nothing! It was like a skeleton crew there too. I will not be going back!
