Manager Jeff was absolutely awesome today: He worked to fit us in for vaccinations after another organization had canceled ours with no notice!The store is neat absolutely clean and has the best staff!

Don't bother making an appointment for your vaccines. They have no concept of time except their meals and breaks. I am still sitting for my appointment 15 minutes beyond the actual appointment time and they haven't even gotten the vaccine out of the fridge but darned if one of the 2 cashiers didn't walk out on her break. This pharmacy has always stunk but it continues to get worse with each visit. Time to switch pharmacies!!!

Where did a good male pharmacist go??? This new female pharmacist has been terrible!!!!She screwed up my prescription multiple times, blamed my doctor for her own mistakes.Please replace her to someone better!! Until then, I will use different pharmacy.

Pharmacy crew member at the drive thru was rude at 4:30pm 10-9-2022. The doors inside were closed so only the drive thru was open. With no line behind me the refused to sell an over the counter product. Children Sudafed D .

This is the slowest Walgreens IN THE WORLD. We have waited in line 10 mins and 5 people drove off behind me. The customer service whether you go in or drive through is slow as molasses. Being a CS manager for 28 years this staff needs to learn how to attend to the people in front of you and through drive . through because we are there in person. Phone calls should only be answered when staff is not attending to people in person. I called while waiitng in line and the line was busy and 2 callers ahead. So this staff is on the phone and not attending to the people who came in person. They all needed to be retrained and put customers in person who are not . Izetta ia a witch. She denied my prescriptions and would not call to help me at all. My pharmacist in NJ always calls my doctor or insurance if there is a problem with my prescription . This black woman izetta would not do anything for me knowing I had 1 pill left and she made me pay for my pills of $14.00 and I have 2 great insurance coverages. She should have helped me . This Walgreens is horrible. To add to my post 9/12/2022 that d*** pharmacist Izetta was using the WRONG COVERAGE. Had she helped me by calling or just looking at my coverage card she would have known to see that my husbands card and my card was different plan numbers. She was so impatient and just a hood rate pharmacist. So now that they are filling my prescription of course I cannot get refunded for the money i paid out because a black ignorant phamacy Izetta didnt' want to help me. Sorry but this really made me upset. Always are own people against one another.

Just got done with surgery. In an insane amount of pain. Pharmacy workers decided to stand around and not do a single thing and just talk. INSTEAD OF FILLING MY PAIN MEDS. SMH do better or get another job/career waited 45 mins for a single prescription

I spoke to Kathy in the pharmacy and she actually took the time to help me. My son was out of a much needed medication and I tried to have it filled at 2 of my local Walgreen’s with no luck. I called this location and spoke to Kathy to see if they had it in stock. At first she said they didn’t have it, then she checked the system and it was there but misplaced on the shelf. I was 100% satisfied with her taking the time with getting the medication filled!! Thank you

Wish I could put 0 stars for printing service. I had a 16 by 20 poster printed, only to have it printed with a 1/4 inch white border. I was told all prints come with a white boarder. What am I suppose to do when framing a print with a white border or even trimming off the white border. Complete waste of time and money.

YES but with one important caveat. When there is a Prescription, but there is a problem with insurance, you fill it anyway. Not filling a prescription, putting that process on hold is bad practice for a pharmacy. There is psychology at play here. people are prescribed medications for good reason. Their Doctors wrote those prescriptions because they're needed. Any hiccup encountered is potential for the patient to just pass on the prescription. This can result in an even worse situation such as hospitalization or even death. it is not the Pharmacy's responsibility to the Insurer, it is the Pharmacy's responsibility to the Customer that is paramount. So if there is an issue with insurance, fine. Pass that along but Fill the Prescription.

I won't use the pharmacy. I stopped in to drop off for fed ex pick up. there were 2 cashiers on one register. I suppose it was too much for one person to handle. I stood at the photo counter for 5 minutes, they will not assist me or speak to me. Their too busy talking to each other. this was at 3:30pm. I don't have the 45 minutes to stand there waiting. I left. Surely they'll scan it in. 9:30pm, package not scanned in. Plus, it didn't get shipped today. I called at 9:30pm and spoke to someone. She said, oh, is it that huge package. She said, she'd scan it in. I asked her name, she had already hung up. Damn Walgreens. You have the worst customer service around. Your employees are always rude. Perhaps you train them to be that way. It appears I will be going to Walgreens to pick up the package and drop it off somewhere else. Their too incompetent to do their jobs.
