The customer service here is the best. They only want to help you. Ms.Beverly is the absolute best. She is always working when I go in there and she is always smiling and interacting with the customers. She is the absolute greatest!!!

This pharmacy is genuinely incompetent. I had a years supply of needles sent to this store. I called to refill them 3 days before I went to pick them up. Somehow, in the 3 days I gave them, they not only did NOT refill the needles but also RAN OUT OF THEM!!! When I called to see what was up, and explain that I need the needles for my injections *today*, the lady on the phone just said "Ouhhh, we not have it. Will be here monday." I NEED MY MEDICATION!!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE!!! If anyone has life saving/very important medicine the need filled consistently, NEVER go here. Ridiculous.

Absolutely the worst. I had a sick kid in the car and waited in the drive thru so I don't spread germs. Told come back in 20 minutes. Well, I spent the next 30 waiting in line the second go through. Time was running out before close, so I got my kid out and ran in at exactly 8pm. Told the staff behind the counter I had been waiting for over 30 minuted. The girls behind the counter literally laughed at us, said they're closed and shut the divider on us.
Update: I'm here in the morning trying to pick up my son's medicine. They're now telling me it's $227 as opposed to the $75 the told me it was going to be last night due to a "mix up".

Manager Jeff was absolutely awesome today: He worked to fit us in for vaccinations after another organization had canceled ours with no notice!The store is neat absolutely clean and has the best staff!

Don't bother making an appointment for your vaccines. They have no concept of time except their meals and breaks. I am still sitting for my appointment 15 minutes beyond the actual appointment time and they haven't even gotten the vaccine out of the fridge but darned if one of the 2 cashiers didn't walk out on her break. This pharmacy has always stunk but it continues to get worse with each visit. Time to switch pharmacies!!!

Where did a good male pharmacist go??? This new female pharmacist has been terrible!!!!She screwed up my prescription multiple times, blamed my doctor for her own mistakes.Please replace her to someone better!! Until then, I will use different pharmacy.

Pharmacy crew member at the drive thru was rude at 4:30pm 10-9-2022. The doors inside were closed so only the drive thru was open. With no line behind me the refused to sell an over the counter product. Children Sudafed D .
