I took in a prescription for a controlled medicine. That was 2 weeks ago. They say there was an issue with my insurance when in reality they didn't have it. I have to refill it within 7 days of issue. Now, it can't be filled and I can't get a new script for 2 weeks!! This really messes me up. I never have this problem with Rite Aid. I could kick myself for not going there.

Don't bother making an appointment for your vaccines. They have no concept of time except their meals and breaks. I am still sitting for my appointment 15 minutes beyond the actual appointment time and they haven't even gotten the vaccine out of the fridge but darned if one of the 2 cashiers didn't walk out on her break. This pharmacy has always stunk but it continues to get worse with each visit. Time to switch pharmacies!!!

Just got done with surgery. In an insane amount of pain. Pharmacy workers decided to stand around and not do a single thing and just talk. INSTEAD OF FILLING MY PAIN MEDS. SMH do better or get another job/career waited 45 mins for a single prescription

My favorite pharmacy in Clayton/Smyrna. It's a pharmacy I mostly go to pickup my prescriptions and they offer drive through.

I have used Walgreens for a very long time all over Kent county. A year ago I moved to Smyrna and moved all my prescriptions to the local Walgreens. This has to be the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the county. Many times even after putting prescription order online and waiting for it to be filled you have to wait another 30 min in store in lines. Sometimes to get to the front of the line to be told to wait longer. After this past phone mess up and waiting a week and a half for my medications I’m done with this store. I understand waiting for meds when computers go down but to fill 2/3 prescriptions and to leave the 3rd in processing for 2 days after systems are back up is not ok. It’s obvious they got the order for the meds or none would have been filled. Not even an apology. Waited 20 min for the last medication. Wait in line again and then they can’t find the medication they just filled. Very unorganized and very obvious this staff doesn’t care for the customers.

Consistently the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. To be clear, I only go there to drop off/pick up prescriptions for my 80 y/o mother who refuses to change pharmacies. I myself would never contribute a dollar to this joke of a business. Dropping off a prescription? Hope you have 30 minutes to wait in line. Picking up? Same thing. If they can even find it. There is no time of the day you won't wait 30 minutes in line. And God help you if you actually want to drop off your prescription and wait for it. Be ready to sit there an hour and a half. The staff are the most frustrating, slow, unintelligent people I've ever had the horror to witness. They're so disorganized they usually have to search for 5-10 minutes before they find your prescription. To summarize, steer clear of this place and save yourself lots of time and frustration

Every time I come here I have an hour and a half wait! One pharmacy tech working counter and drive thru! Not just once but every single time! And they don’t seem to care!

I have been waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. I finally pull up to the window and I'm told they are short staffed and it will be another 10 minutes before she can help me. Her attitude was one of indifference. There are 10 cars behind me. I can't drive off because I need my prescription. This is unacceptable because it's not the first time I had to wait. Stay clear of this location.

The pharmacy can not keep up with the amount of customers they have. I am always waiting over 30 mins to just drop off a prescription.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Been on hold for almost an hour with "one called ahead" of me. My fiancé needs his inhaler or his lungs will seize and we tried to fill a two weeks ago and was told it was too soon to pick it up. DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY HERE! They make you wait in person and over the phone. Worst experience.
