We went to the Verizon store in Smyrna, DE yesterday to replace my iPhone 12. AJ got us hooked up with a brand new iPhone 15. I have to say that you have an absolute gem of an associate in AJ! He was so helpful in making sure that we got the best deal possible AND he was so positive and polite. Quite literally the BEST experience we’ve ever had upgrading a cell phone: AJ, you absolutely ROCK and Dexter and I were so pleased to make your acquaintance!! Verizon, you better take darn good care of this associate of yours as he’s an absolute asset to your organization!

AJ was amazing. He provided excellent service and took the time to explain everything regarding our device changes. He made sure everything was switched over correctly and fully right down to our Disney plus so we were assured that there was no interruption to our service for our littles who live on that site. We will definitely be returning to this location for our Verizon needs from now on. Such a great experience after having some concerning interactions at other local locations .

We went to set up my grandma with a new phone. Liv was outstanding. She helped us get the right phone. She set it up for us. She even stayed after the store closed to make sure the phone was ready to go and we were happy with it. Thank you Liv! We will be back!!

Victoria did an outstanding job of making me aware of the phone options available to me at this time. She was efficient and attentive and made me aware of all my options . Super job by an outstanding representative of verizon. I'm glad she was at my local store today.
