DO NOT buy a phone from here! They will not offer you service if it malfunctions they will refer you only to customer service or apple. BUY your phone directly from apple and find service else where. The district manager refused to provide his superiors point of contact. They also told me not to come in the store that they would not help me to contact customer service. I had ordered a new phone also and they never contacted me so it was sent back. I was promised a call from the district manager and never called after weeks and me following up. I purchased a brand new iPhone 14 and it was defected and they were unwilling to assist. purchase from apple they will always treat you kindly. Verizon wants you in contract and h able to leave even with a broken device then they are done with you! The staff here are unkind!!!

Great service by Victoria! We planned on buying one phone and came out with a new iPad too. We plan on returning to this location for all Our future purchases .
