2nd time my husband and I took off work for our scheduled passport appointments. The post office continues to cancel the appointments. I even booked the night before this second time. Apparently they accept walk-ins. That is also a lie. You cannot use them for any type of passport services. Do not waste your time.

I usually don’t have many issues with this post office. However, they placed my home as “vacant”. This address is not vacant, in fact there is someone here two-three weeks out of the month, every single month. They sent back two packages that came from out of country. I then had to re order them, pay for shipping again, and spent all morning juggling work and intercepting all the other packages I had being sent to the address as well. I now have to go back out of town, get the packages, and then come back over two hour drive back here again.

There is a lady who says she is a supervisor..very rude and doesn't like to be bothered. You could be as sweet as pie but she is not customer friendly no matter what. They need to get a better person to help deal with customer service. There is a really nice man that has done my passport for me and my husband...they need more ppl like him to work there.

Mail lady I have on cook ave is horrible. She’s so lazy she can’t even get out of the truck to bring a package for me to sign to my door. Instead she drives by for days and gives me a paper for a “final notice” when in fact it was the FIRST notice and she didn’t even attempt to have me sign it. Just pure laziness

I was a little wary because of the low ratings, but my experience was pleasant!They seem to he a touch understaffed, but I waited at the counter for someone to come out of the back for a minute at the longest. The gentleman that took my package and scanned my shipping label code was an absolute gem, very polite and personable. It's about 50 miles out of the way for me to make this my main post office(I was on a day trip and it was conveniently located near one of my stops) but if I lived much closer I'd definitely return whenever I needed to ship something.

Serena the supervisor does not belong anywhere near customers. She is the nastiest, meanest person I ever spoke to. Answered the phone without giving her name, then refused to give me her name throughout the call. My neighbor brought my mail over to me and I was wondering where the rest was. She finally gave me her name at the end thru much prodding. She should be FIRED! Serena is a horrible, vial person!

I had medication I usually pick up at the VA hospital shipped to me without my knowledge. I missed signing for them. I went over and they were able to get them to me 2 hours later. They went above and beyond.

Not sure who I got on the phone but I have NEVER been talked to SO rudely. IDK how you can claim you dont have my package when it says on my tracking that you do but okay.

Rarely ever has a manager working and never can address drivers marking packages delivered when failing to deliver them. Huge disappointment.

The new "lady" is extremely rude, very incompetent and has bad, nasty attitude. Not only retraining will not help her, she needs to hide from the public, she's a shame to this community.

My wife, child and i went here yesterday to apply for our passports. I have to say we were nervous do to the ignorant employees at the Middletown post office. Well MIA waited on us and it was the most pleasant experience. She is very good at her job with a great personality. Thank you MIA again! We will be going here for now on from Middletown! They should have her train the staff in the Middletown office!
