I had medication I usually pick up at the VA hospital shipped to me without my knowledge. I missed signing for them. I went over and they were able to get them to me 2 hours later. They went above and beyond.

Rarely ever has a manager working and never can address drivers marking packages delivered when failing to deliver them. Huge disappointment.

When Julie is working mail gets delivered with care. When she is out we are lucky to get “ first class” mail.
