This storage unit is the best customer service was excellent I sent my movers ahead of me to unpack some of my stuff it was no problem the next day went and met I think her name is Mrs Loretta beautiful lady sweet spirt

My experience has been 100% Miss Loretta in the office at the Smyrna. Location was so kind and helpful. She has excellent customer service.

My second time getting a unit. Nice place, I have climate control unit. I would like for the gate to be opened longer hours,,as I move things after work ?
