I ordered a big family meal with mashed potatoes and cheese fries and Mac and cheese. I got chicken, gravy, dipping cheese and two Mac and cheese. I called them and two people told me it was in the bag. So I had invisible mashed potatoes and fries. They call me back and say okay I was wrong but you have to send the extra Mac and cheese back. So ridiculous. I will not be ordering from Smyrna rofo again for sure

Royal Farms could be so excellent and it was at one time. Now the employees don't care and they will serve you sour old chicken. And the place is filthy. It has gone to seed. Sad.
We got some rancid wings in our bag.
The employee said it was "very fresh, only forty minutes old." I would hate so try their "stale" chicken.

The chicken is the best. The staff is friendly.
BUT…The MANAGER is always rude! This woman has no customer service skills whatsoever. Sad. Can’t ask a question or ask for help. She’s miserable! One ⭐️ because of this long time manager.

I go here every Wednesday, and that's always perfect. But this particular review is how I just got off early from work, stopped to get breakfast, and I got the wrong order. I ordered a chicken sub, they gave me sausage. So that sucks, I'm not eating this.

Horrible,
I use to love Royal Farms. Only seen them down south. However when they came north they completely fell way off.
Chicken here is never fresh, employees act like the don’t wanna work, it’s always something wrong with there gas pumps… ALWAYS.. the car wash here stays down as well. This location needs to CLOSE it really damaged the Royal Farms brand…

Standing right in front of cashier and verbally spoke to her like “hey i need to be rung out” Proceeds to ignore me then help out others that got in line before me. Yeah ill stay away from this Royal Farms n stick to my usually in Rehoboth.

We like going to royal farms for their coffee which is great tasting the breakfast sandwiches are good their chicken is ok but last time we got the chicken in tenders they were not fresh and dried out

I was at this location 2 get gas and noticed the pump handle was not working right it over pour gas in my vehicle and cause a gas spoilage on the ground and I end up paying 25 in gas cause it was a malfunction in the pump and gas was 2.99 went and spoke 2 a manager that claim she was going let her manager know and she also photo copy my receipt. I have not heard from her or her manager and I also emailed corporate and haven't heard from them .I have not step foot in this royal farms since then or any other royal farm I go to the gas station across the street now .they have loss a customer here.
