Came there to Get a cashiers check for a new car after my previous one was totaled. Kristen was very nice & patient with my situation. She was apologetic for it took time. I totally understood for I was asking for a lot and understood if there were any kind of suspicion. Her and Kristina asked a few questions, I happily complied! They were simply doing their job and I respect that! Thanks as well to Jill whom I believe was their manager! She was also nice! Everything turned out great and was able to get my new car thanks to y’all!

This branch is a great branch. They remember customers names and service is quick.

The manager not only lied to my face and gave me a hard time, but called the police on me when I was just standing there waiting for Mr. Brown, who stood me up on my scheduled appointment. While I was waiting there quietly minding my own business, the manager accosted me rudely and informed me that PNC Bank does not serve my kind -- people who have disabilities -- and then called the local police and had me removed from the property. The police officer just told me "they don't want you here" and said I could call somewhere to complain. I just glared at him for his snide remark and not upholding the law. People can be so friggin' mean, you know? And for what, I didn't do anything wrong! Anyway, the staff are excessively slow, unprofessional, and were blatantly discriminatory against me for my medical condition. They denied me service because of my disability; I guess the bank manager just decided she was entitled to legally tell me this and do this to me despite the Americans with Disabilities Act. And now they make me wait days before allowing me to close my account. I am not litigious, but I can at least try to warn others to not do business here! I even literally asked them, saying I had thousands in cash I wanted to deposit right away, and they just told me that they do not want my money or me as a customer. Because I have a medical condition. Or I don't know, maybe it's my skin color. Honestly, any excuse is unprofessional. But I did get the distinct impression they were trying to tell me that PNC Bank is becoming insolvent soon, so just a heads up to you, it might be a good idea to withdraw in cash while you can... (And can you believe it, they issued me a bank account number ending in 666? LOL! Fun times...)

The tellers are all super friendly & personable. I truly empathetize with their situation during these trying times because it's highly likely right now to see only one teller facing a line of people both inside & drive thru. I encourage everyone else to just try and be as patient and understanding as I have been. They're doing the best they can. ♥️ Keep up the good work Smyrna! We appreciate your efforts!

Awful. Tellers have zero sense of urgency. They seem content with long lines.

Whenever I go to PNC in Smyrna wether it's drive thu, in with the cashiers or if I needed a additional help with on of the ladies @ the desk. They were always polite, pleasant & helpful. I have been with them for many years & I have never experienced anything less. My opinion best bank in Delaware. Thank you PNC

I do personal and business banking with PNC. This branch is the slowest and the employees have zero customer service skills. If this were the only PNC branch accessible to me, I would switch banks. As I encouraged those waiting in line today, go to WSFS you know, the "we stand for service bank" . This branch doesn't get it.

The tellers are always friendly and will call you by name if they know it. Never have to wait to make a teller transaction more than a few minutes. Most times it is walk in and walk up. I cannot say that I have had a more friendly bank experience with any bank I have ever used. Just as a note I am a small business located across the street and go there often to make daily deposits. Most users probably don't have the frequency I do.

Changed from Artisans Bank (former employer of 8yrs) to PNC. Love the mobile app and no ATM fees. I rarely need to see customer service but they are friendly and eager to help. They have hassled me over an auto loan and problems with their online site. My auto pay was removed as a result of a bug on their site and they called me every 20 minutes for payment and threatened repo my car over it being past due 1 day. Meanwhile every other single payment was paid 15 days early on auto schedule and they didn't bother to look at loan history or consider they were at fault. Will never get another auto loan with them and I'm rushing to pay it off.
