The staff are very honest and will explain when certain repairs can safely be postponed and for how long. They also offer a 10% credit based off of your purchase that can be applied towards your next visit.

Terrible Service & Front desk lied on several occasions, along with manager. Went to get a new reservoir for my Range Rover, and they clearly didn’t have a clue on how to order the parts, fix, or communicate….while they continuously took apart items that were newly installed and were fine.
Truck was there for 2 weeks…
Definitely, would not recommend this place to my enemy… Becky & Ethan were the worst! If I could they wouldn’t get 1 star ⭐️, but the post insists at least one to post.

I will never go here again. I purchased a brand new battery that went completely dead in less than 4 months. They tried to claim it was my alternator. I took it to the dealership and they advised that my alternator is fine, the battery was the issue. Several months ago a brought the battery back for a refund and they refuse to return my funds. They did not return my phone calls when I called. A month ago they told me that the owner would give me a call and I never got the call. This is the second time that I got a second opinion and the dealership was able to fix the problem. The first time I was reimbursed. The second time they tried to tell me that my battery was good and it died two days later. I had to jump it every day. Chevrolet fixed the issue. Been riding with no problems for almost three months now. No phone call from the owner. I still have the battery.

So they replaced my alternator and belt. A month later my car broke down due to the same issue while taking my mom to a doctor appointment in Newark. I had to order a tow truck and a ride along.They both came to a total of $430.The alternator was defective. Lube Depot replaced the alternator free of charge and gave me a $430 credit. The ladies were very nice and helpful. Thanks

I am extremely pleased with the total professionalism that the ladies greeted every customer. I was provided with a detailed explanation of the service and recommended further repairs that maybe needed. I am second guessing my decision from the other big spot that I get my oil change and repairs. I will be back!!!!!!! Totally recommending Lube Depot.

I have been going to Lube Depot and Repair for many years. They have fair prices. I must say this is the best staff I have seen. Shelly is awesome and amazing. She is very helpful and will work with you with pricing. I can't leave out Becky. She is also awesome and helpful as well. This is a very clean and comfortable establishment. They also give you cash back towards your next visit. No shop that I know of has that incentive. The mechanics are honest with the repairs that I have got done.

Efficient service, comfortable waiting room, friendly atmosphere. My car needed some work done and the team working on a Thursday morning were phenomenal Shelly, Becky, Ethan were very friendly and informative- making sure the people waiting/calling were comfortable and accommodated. The mechanic, Brandon was great about walking me through what exactly my car needed done and with what urgency. I highly recommend.
