“Like someone else said this is my first review. The manager was very helpful. During my phone transfer I expressed that I have two autistic children, and the manager told me that he was also on the spectrum. He also gave me permission to mention this before anyone says anything. Anyone who hasn’t had many interactions with those on the spectrum may take some of their behaviors to be rude. This usually is not the case, they just do things a little differently. Thank you for your help Tyler.”

“We went to the Verizon store in Smyrna, DE yesterday to replace my iPhone 12. AJ got us hooked up with a brand new iPhone 15. I have to say that you have an absolute gem of an associate in AJ! He was so helpful in making sure that we got the best deal possible AND he was so positive and polite.
