Ronald Pierpont at H&R block completed my personal and small business tax return in 24 hours. He answered all my questions professionally and promptly. His level of communication was perfect. I was extremely happy with his level of insight regarding my future tax situation. I will definitely do business with him again

The worst experience. I tried to remain patient and understanding due to the busy tax season but the entire process was stressful from start to finish. There was little communication and guidance on why to expect. The tax woman filed our taxes wrong despite me clarifying exactly what I needed at the beginning then my returns had to be amended and I was told to send them in myself. I am still waiting to receive my refund 8 MONTHS LATER due to all the complications in my returns. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received and would not recommend anyone I know going there.
