I was never an exercise person, my bff wanted to try something out of her conform zone, yoga. I told her I would go with her. Best decision ever. We have been working with Heidi for 7mths now and WOW, what a difference!!!! Her class is so relaxed and comfortable, she takes time with you, shows you all the different levels of each move, encouraging, supportive, a great teacher. If you need some "me" time, give her yoga class a try. Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning ( my favorite way to start my Saturday). Class is in Smyrna. 1 hour per class.

So thankful to have found Heidi. I suffer from Osteoarthritis in my lower back and knees, as well as plantar fasciitis and the doctor recommended I start yoga. Heidi gives me a home plan for my flare ups, checks in with me and asks what's hurting before class and works it in to her routine. She is my lifesaver and I can NOT recommend her classes enough if you suffer with any muscle or joint issues. Class is very easy going, full of laughter and support. LOVE my yoga!!!!
