“Like someone else said this is my first review. The manager was very helpful. During my phone transfer I expressed that I have two autistic children, and the manager told me that he was also on the spectrum. He also gave me permission to mention this before anyone says anything. Anyone who hasn’t had many interactions with those on the spectrum may take some of their behaviors to be rude. This usually is not the case, they just do things a little differently. Thank you for your help Tyler.”

“I found Sound of TriState way back in the early 90’s as a teenager getting my first car stereo upgraded at the now closed location of Morton PA. Ever since then, I have trusted them with all my vehicles. This past week I had a JL Audio Stealthbox installed in my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado and couldn’t be happier. The install was super clean and you’d never even know it was there until you hear it. I went into the store and met Jamie. He explained everything to me and recommended how it would all work and what was compatible with my vehicle. He regularly emailed me with updates to shipping as well as scheduling my install once all the parts were in. The install was amazing. I was hesitant about modifying my new vehicle and didn’t want anything to show that it was worked on. Prayers were answered! It looks exactly the same as if it was never touched. Sound is incredible! I couldn’t be happier! After having 7 vehicles done by Sound of Tristate, I can easily say that I have the utmost faith in this company and will not have anyone else work on my vehicles. Excellent work and customer service from pros that know what they are doing. Thank you Jamie and the team at Sound of Tristate! I am a customer for life!”

Note: Don't come to Aaron's with an attitude about a payment you owe, but talk to the staff as if You work there and come to a peaceful compromise. “I order 3 items for curbside. The app told me my items were ready for pickup, therefore I went to pick them up.
However, the rep only brought out 2 of the 3 items. I looked back at the app and she enough the app said that the 3rd item was still being processed.
The rep then voluntarily took extra time to go hunt down my third item and brought it out within 10 minutes.
I wish I would have got this name, but I was completely satisfied with the service I received.”

“Beba' was extremely helpful to my husband as well as myself. We had come in last week to purchase new phones but Metro does not get LG phones any longer. The other customer service person told us that we could go online and get the phones and as long as the phones were unlocked METRO could set our new phones up. We are 66 and 68 years old repectively and we are not technically savvy. We really did not want to learn new phones. Beba was patient and extremely kind to us. I would recommend the Smyrna location to anyone. Every time I come here the employees have been kind and super supportive. Please give Beba an extra special bonus for taking care of these senior citizens. ???? We are extremely happy. Thank you METRO for choosing employees that know what customer service is all about.
