“My favorite store closeby to go to because I can walk there. Everyone is always super patient when I'm in the middle of an anxiety attack at the register & they're all very helpful when you need them.”
“Enjoy the variety of the store. Always try to stop there when we are in the area. (We are about three hours away.) Disappointed to see that the clearance room upstairs is much smaller now and mostly only shoes.”

“If you have a lot of time on your hands to search through it all it's great. Usually love this place however just too much out on displays. For example if you reach into the shelving for something you might be interested in lookout because you may knock over 5 other items getting it out!”

“My go to place when looking for something. Home Good never lets me down. This trip I was looking for some gold trimmed serving bowls to coordinate with my china dishes.”
“Prices up, but still find unusual items here, esp. in food. Nonregional, discont'd, otherwise not commonly found at groceries. It's like a food flea market.”
“Pros: It's not Walmart. The parking lot is much less horrendous to deal with, too. The shelves are kept nicely stocked, and store is kept neat and clean, barring the typical ignorant customer that leaves their empty Starbucks cups sitting in random spots as if trash cans don't exist.Cons: This location seems to heavily depend on people using self-checkout, despite the fact that there's only four booths for that. There's hardly anyone on the actual registers in the various lanes, so that checkout line is prone to snaking very far back into the store (as in, extending past the zone of checking out). I tend to come in only wanting a couple of things, so it's very unappealing to have to wait for an eternity in line just to make one small purchase, just because there's no one on the registers minus a small handful of other employees in a high period.Neutral-ish: I'm uneasy about being in the parking lot during the evening/night. For whatever reason, there's a very high concentration of homeless people that tend to be staked out in this location's parking lot in this time frame, and almost every single time that I go here after work on a closing shift, I get suddenly approached out of nowhere by one. This is to no fault towards the homeless; everyone needs help, and I hope that they can find the help that they need in their predicament. I just genuinely do not like the experience of pulling into a parking space, turning my car off, opening my door, and then having someone wearing a hood immediately start pacing towards my car from the dark moments later, sometimes with their hands in their pockets. This is enough to make me avoid dropping by if it's "too dark" out.”
“It was my 2nd time visiting this location. I was looking for turtle neck tops. I found 1, and it was very reasonably priced. Ross, like its competitors are hit and miss stores. You never know what little gem you will find.”
“Pennys is a classic shopping store. I went in looking for adidas tricot suits, and they had none. They have a lot of different stuff in there. Cologne, makeup, clothes, shoes, kids stuff.”
“Great place to shop, very organized and while one of the smaller Walmarts, it's convenient for a quick pick up.Bathrooms are clean and fully supplied. Occasionally the store is out of regular items would be the only setback.”

“Great store but why do I feel like I’m in a horror movie when I need to go to the bathroom? I had to ask how to get to the bathroom because there’s only one area to get to it. At least they had a cute Hello Kitty shirt. The signs are in English and Spanish which is great, something I haven’t really seen anywhere else at that scale.”
“People sure are expecting a lot out of JC Pennys...Sheesh. I had some pictures taken today with my fussy cat. The photographer was Karlyn and she was very patient and lovely. She actually wanted to take more pictures but I was getting hot and my cat was getting grumpy so I cut it short. The pictures came out just lovely nonetheless. Thank you!!!”

“I recently visited the Macy's in Dover Mall. Teresa assisted me while she was working in the kids dept. I noticed her exceptional customer service skills with the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, she convinced me to use my Macy's card, which I was reluctant to use and did not have with me. She looked it up and saved me money and I paid it off immediately which required her to look the account up again. She was so efficient and expedient. Kudos to Teresa, she deserves an award. Truly an outstanding employee!”

“The store was very organized, and seemed well kept. We only went in looking for a heater, and ended up asking Jason for help. He found us the last one in the store. The assistance was very helpful, and I definitely recommend this store over others I've been to before!”
