We ordered this flag for our booth at a show. It turned out beautiful. They helped me come up with the design since I was not sure what I wanted. At first the flag came with the wrong sized pole but Denny immediately replaced it for us . So happy to have found a local company that could meet our deadlines and work with us. I would recommend them. In fact, we are probably going to have them do all the signs for our storefront also

Excellent customer service! I had to place an order for work and emailed the Sign Shop. Denny replied the same day, answered all of my questions, and made suggestions for products. I asked to change our text for engraving 3 times I think but Denny never complained, and was always quick to send me a proof. The plaques we received look great! There was an issue with the payment process and, again, Denny never complained. We will be glad to use DE Sign Shop for future needs!

Excellent customer service! I had to place an order for work, emailed the Sign Shop, received a prompt reply with product suggestions. We changed our text several times and received updated proofs almost immediately. The plaques we received look great! There was an issue with sending payment and they never complained (though I would have understood if they did!). We will be glad to use them again for future needs.
