Great! Easy purchase, all questions answered, some before I asked. Jenn is on top of her game. Organized, knowledgeable about products, able to have it all together. Beware of this service department. I went in for an oil and filter change. When I got home oil had leaked out on my driveway and garage. The underneath of my car was covered in oil. No oil was on the dip stick. The mechanic did NOT tighten the oil filter. John’s response was to drive it back, no way, with the loss of so much oil. The employees of the Smyrna IG Burton service department were unprofessional with a lack of concern. The only representative of Burtons that addressed the failure to preform the oil and filter change with professionalism was company’s service manage. Please consider using a different service department because their work is weak at best. I would have given 0 stars but it would not let me post without choosing a star.

Great experience during the latest visit to the Svc Dept. Had a clutch replaced under recall and the vehicle was finished within a few days and ran as it should!

Charles was an excellent salesperson. He made the experience exciting and fun. I was not looking forward to buying a car. My last car I purchased at another dealership was the absolute worst experience I ever had in my 40?years of purchasing vehicles. Charles promised to have items touched up and set up an appointment and called me with date and time. I highly recommend asking for Charles at the I.G. Burton in Smyrna, you won’t be disappointed. I am very happy with my experience I will be going back to I.G. Burton for my next purchase.

Our experience at I.g. Burton Smyrna was great, until picking up our vehicle. We test drove an SUV that had not been detailed yet. We would come back the next day after it had been fully detailed. My husband wanted to make sure that it would be FULLy detailed, even though we had already finalized the deal. The sales person we dealt with even shook my husband’s hand to promise it would be. Upon getting the SUV home there was crumbs, food in the seats still, hair ties from previous owners. The inside of the SUV had not be detailed, AT ALL. Not vacuumed, not dusted, not wiped, nothing. We were very disappointed in this and the fact that we were promised a good detail. Very unfortunate because otherwise we would have recommended this dealership to others.

Tara and the team here were absolutely phenonemal. I was on a roadtrip with three small kids when our engine light came on. We emergency pulled off the highway and googled closest Jeep dealer. Feeling so lucky this is who we found! They helped us immediately, we're beyond friendly and helpful, and got us back on the road within an hour. Absolutely the best. THANK YOU!
