Took my husband here last night. Front desk was amazing, RN was amazing...PA was horrible. The wait time was great but when a Dr barely walks in the room, smirks, and crosses arms...wth? Looked at my husband's arms (from the doorway) and said what do you want me to do about it. I took him there for you to look at his arms...you are the Dr! Finally the end said he thinks it was an allergic reaction. Guess skin peeling isn't considered a possible burn?

I've had a problem urinating and having bowel movements. Haven't had one in a week. Pulled, up to ER it's about 4 Am, after a few questions, they took me right in. Everybody has been extremely nice.

place is terrible got took back around 8:40 p.m didn’t get out of here until 12:00 a.m despite no one being in the waiting room nurse put me in a room and didn’t come back for several hours not even to check up on us I had to personally go to the nurse station and ask what’s going on then she wanted to come check on us . 0/10 stars don’t recommend coming here take that drive to another emergency room!!

they take forever to get you in the back you will be waiting over 4+ hours in waiting room just to be seen which is crazy i have been here almost 5 hours now still not seen and someone who came in after me was called before me don’t come here

Checked in at 4pm, I am still here at 9:16pm. I’ve bean asked the same questions over and over by 4 different people. I’ll update this to show what time I leave smh

I came in at 9pm there was about 10 people, I was taken back right away for temp and blood prssure. Its now 1140 pm and still waiting there's on 2 people in the waiting room just ridiculous.so even though my kidneys are killing me I'm leaving because I'd rather suffer at home then suffer here anymore

1 star is way too good for these people. I presented to this location early in the morning. I suffer from high blood pressure which was shooting up, I had severe diarrhea for 24+ hours, ringing in my ears, dehydration, difficulty swallowing and breathing, and a rash.First let's discuss the horrible bedside manner of the nurse. Sighing under her breath. Contradicting me, telling me how I feel. Also had the gall to tell me it wasn't possible to be dehydrated with high bp. She rudely told me to hold still (I have tardive dyskinesia) because it inconvenient for her.Dr. Gusdman was no better. Trying to tell me all my other symptoms were chronic and I need to see my family doc (which I have 12 times since June) refused to treat any symptoms or bother investigating my history. Told me it wasn't a heart attack and sent me home.I went to another ER where they didn't act like I was a burden, and ACTUALLY LISTENED to what I was saying. I got an actual diagnosis, actual treatment for dehydration. All my symptoms were interrelated and the root cause treated (mid-range serotonin syndrome).Bayhealth has a certain reputation for being very sub-standard in care. That reputation is not unfounded. I will never let this nurse or Dr. Gusdman near me again. The world would be better if they were flipping burgers. Absolutely horrible in every way.

Dirty rooms, and our nurse was rude. Arrived at 3pm and waited despite no one else in the lobby. When finally we got a room, the staff were all joking around at the nurse's desk.

Wait time is terrible 4 hours with a sick daughter , waiting so long is unacceptable . please serve people faster . 4 hours is really pathetic especially when there are not much patients.

I just recieved 9 stitches in two fingers by the PA Isabelle Toni. This woman was fantastic, so sweet, she calmed my nerves and did a beautiful job stiching up my mangled wounds. Compassion is important especially when dealing with stressed out patients like me and I am so grateful. The whole staff was lovely from the minute I arrived to being discharged, I actually left there feeling happy about my experience. Thank you guys, you're the best!

Awesome staff ! My wife has been there more times than I can count. Always recieved the best care . Professional and friendly. If she needed to be transferred to Dover KGH for admission they took care of everything. 5 stars isn't enough but thats all Google would let me give . We as a community are blessed to have these dedicated people here . Thanks to all of you

We came in with my daughter and due to lack of answers from the doctor and test and basically being told they don’t no what’s wrong follow up with Primary we left and went to AI. We got our answers at AI but now have 2 hospital visits when 1 just said they don’t no what’s wrong.
