“Josh is the best around. He's the ONLY mechanic that did not over quote me on repairs (major) for 2 of my luxury vehicles on 2 separate occasions now. Before we found Josh, every mechanic within a 70 mile radius quoted me prices 1k, and even 2k more than he did. If they weren't over charging they said they just couldn't do the work, or they were telling me the only way to fix the issues were by them ordering brand new parts, or totally needing to replace parts that were really repairable. So sad that mechanics everywhere within the Kent and New Castle Co. Are really getting over on people. First honest mechanic I've come across and he's a genius at his work. Call him and you won't be disappointed.”

“I've been in for an oil change and a tire rotation twice ( $126 ). I spoke to the manager at the time. Customer service was great. All of the questions and concerns that I had were answered. When asking what model car I had He ran off all of the models of my vehicle before I could even remember which one I had. Man, he is good ;o) ... Overall, everything was good. The only thing is the lady there seemed like she had an attitude. I was told it would be about an hour and a half, so I left my car. There are a few discrepancies but nothing to be concerned about. They do run on the more expensive end for maintenance service, but they say you get what you pay for right. Hopefully, they will send me some coupons. Thanks for the good work, Firestone. If you're in the middletown area, go to the middletown location also... or the Smyrna location .... Tell them I sent you...”
