“I visited the Smyrna location recently to get a scan because my car had the check engine light came on. Jacob assisted me. He was awesome! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The spark plugs that were needed were unavailable because the car was a newer vehicle and the dealers tend to hold on to the parts until after the cars are out for a while. Jacob didn't stop there. He asked team members (who were also great) for suggestions. I took their advice. I've visited this store multiple times and have always received great service and have always gotten what I needed.”
