Mikayla was amazing! she helped me with upgrading 3 phones and was very informative. She also went above and beyond with helping us with our plan and fixed everything on the account for us! Charlie was very pleasant, patient and thorough. He managed to juggle the other clients that came in the store while assisting me. Made you feel that you were not being ignored. He has an amazing personality. Definitely a keeper for AT&T.

I went to this location and wanted to cancel my services cause Sam's club messed my account up and added the phone on the account without our consent. I want to thank the whole Smyrna staff for really helping me. They went above and beyond to help me with this situation. You now have my business for life and more. I want to give the highest praise to Charlie, Chuck Monty & Makayla for all of their help. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

So…. I have discovered that as a CNA with eight years of service that AT&T gives discounted plans of service to wonderful nurses and other essential workers alike! So wonderful right? Only if I could enjoy these amenities! For the whole year and some change that I have been on the plan with this company, they have billed me under the incorrect plan. After discovering this, I went to the store to try to get the issue resolved. After spending several days in the store and getting all the details in reference to the plan switch over straight away, I still am left with half service. I have a I phone 14 pro max at the moment that has no face time capability and the text are not registered to the phone number because the sim has been switched 12 unsuccessful times to the first net plan I belong on. Not to mention the plan has been billed incorrectly the whole year and no credit to my account has been addressed. They have no reason as to why my service can’t be switched but refuse to address the fact that for a year what I have been paying for one phone is the cost of my monthly bill Al together on the properly discounted plan through the first net network in which they pair with but can’t apparently work with to agree on the terms of my proper bill from now on and the credit I deserve from the year previous. A big disappointment. Spending whole days off in the att store and going to get breakfast and lunch and dinner after failed attempt after failed attempt of the general manager of the Smyrna de store advocating for my proper plan and credit with no action is not fun! Very unsatisfying!

HUGE shout out to Chuck and Charlie at AT&T . After spending the last 3 nights and 6 hours today in the store for a billing issue , they completely exceeded my expectations and stayed long after their shifts to help me get my situation straightened out! I would gladly send anyone their way to deal with them. They are completely helpful & completely professional !

Setting up a new account with AT&T has been a four day long process and I was ready to throw in the towel! Instead, I decided to go to our local retail store and I’m so glad I did! Alyssa was extremely helpful. It was a long process with lots of phone calls but she didn’t give up! She got all our phones and plans set up! It was a pleasure, I’m glad we came to our local store! Thanks Alyssa it was a pleasure to work with you!

Went to get the wife a new phone. We were assisted by Chuck. He went out of his way to ensure we got the best deal available, and that were happy to be his customer. His understanding of process and procedure is a gift to At&t, and he gets employee of the year in our opinion. Thanks Chuck. We will be back
