The woman Lori is horrible. Rude. My mother who is in her 70s went to get a unit. She was told she would be prorated for the last 10 days of the month, which should have been $15. When Lori told my mother it was $30 my mom said “that doesn’t sound right” Lori replied with “it cost me more than that to drive down here”. there is also no office. We met this woman outside of a toy train store and did paperwork on a picnic bench. To get to the unit you are told where a key is just randomly hidden on the property, then you have to fight with a huge heavy gate to get into your unit. Just all around horrible experience, we decided to get a unit at hardys in selbyville who were much nicer, friendlier, and you don’t have to fight with a gate to get your things. We didn’t even move things into that unit because of that woman’s gross attitude.
