Incredibly disappointed in the service department at Holly Kia. My daughter's Forte was towed to the dealership after it broke down. We were told it needed an engine at a cost of $8K; it has 106,000 miles on it. We agreed to the engine replacement and once that was installed we got a call that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced for an additional $8K. We shopped around and found a local mechanic that replaced the catalytic converter for considerably less money so we had the car towed there once the engine was replaced. Thereafter, the check engine light intermittently illuminated. We brought the car back to Holly Kia and they claimed it was "misfiring," but they corrected the problem. We later learned that when they replaced the engine they did not replace the wiring harness or spark plugs, rather they put the old ones back on the vehicle because they "seemed fine." After having both replaced elsewhere, the car has been running great. Silly of us to expect that an $8k engine repair would come with new spark plugs/wiring harness. While the service advisor was very nice, the "master mechanic" did sloppy work in my humble opinion.

Very polite and professional I told them when I came in exactly what I wanted, and they literally found it for me. They didn’t try and push me into anything that I didn’t want or try to overprice me. They actually gave me more for what my car was worse $1000 more and they put me in a new car with low mileage and is exactly what I want. They are very great to work with I give them five stars.

Had a wonderful experience. I want to shout out Avery Harmon Jr who was our salesman during the process, he was extremely efficient and went above and beyond for my husband and I! We are very appreciative of him and all the help he gave us! Loving our new car already!!!

Very bad decline in customer service!! I had to go back and get temporary tags twice because of the inefficiency of the Title clerk and the Finance office. In the end it took nearly 4 months to get my permanent tags, my family has bought many vehicles from here, but not again! I just left the service department of Holly Kia on August 12th, 2024 and they didn't fix my problem and I was told that "they can't fix what they can't find", by Timothy Fowler, who was the most unprofessional person that I've ever dealt with. So after being haned my keys without any resolutions I told Timothy that this is why they have the reviews they do, and he snapped back and said that I don't know because I am not there? How unprofessional can one person be? I wouldn't let them work on my wheelbarrow!! Go to Salisbury to get treated right, and get your car fixed by professional people who actually care!

Sorry for the long post, but it’s worth the read if you’re considering buying from this dealership!!!
I bought a 2024 Kia K5 in September of 2023. The car was brand new, never used. The purchasing process was easy going and super exciting for a 19 year old girl who saved up to buy her dream car. A few months go by and I’m still loving the car and am about to take it on a 16hour road trip to Florida. Before the trip I realized my navigation system does not work. It gives me directions all over the place, make a U-turn, proceed to the route, turn right, left. It just goes crazy. I take it to the dealership to get it fixed, they could not figure out the problem. I ended up having to drive 16 hours with directions from my small phone screen. Once I returned home I brought the car back to the dealer ship for them to fix it. After 2 rental cars, 6 different attempts to fix and even a “hey great news your car is fixed” phone call I go to pick my car up. I get in it and drive off and decided to try the navigation system on the way home, it in fact, did not work. I immediately turned around and went back to the dealership. The service managers response was “I don’t know, we’ve tried everything under the sun”. My last visit I was told they would be calling me with updates to try other options to fix and that I would be emailed a copy of everything that they did try to try and fix it. That was 3 months ago and I’ve yet to receive a phone call or email. I’m very disappointed with Selbyville Holly Kia and how they help their customers. Next month will be one year that I’ve had my car and one year of making payments on a vehicle that can’t even give me directions to where I need to go. One year of dealing with this dealership and their “promises” of an amazing warranty and customer care. As a 20 year old girl, college student, who works 3 jobs all I want is the car that I worked so hard for to be fixed. I called again today, and still nobody in the service department would pick up the phone. Hopefully I hear from someone soon and this gets fixed.
