This is the worst place to do business, don't inquire about anything over the phone or email because they will go behind your back and sell it. On our way to buy a boat in cash 2hr drive only to find out they sold it to someone who gave a deposit. Then, was else to us like we did something wrong and did NOT by any means try to make this right. Rude and don't know how to do business!!!In response to his response, this review is fair and necessary. Because your customer service sucks. And it shows based on your reviews. This is not how the situation went, and you know it. If you don't hold boats, then you should've never told us to come, look at it, and ask to put a deposit down, and you didn't know such thing. But from the reviews, it doesn't look like you stand behind your products anyway. So this was actually a blessing and disguise.

It was a pleasure purchasing our boat and trailer from Bonnie and her team at Midlantic. They had the boat very clean, well serviced, bottom painted, and were very friendly and professional. Bonnie even met me about 15 miles away to bring me my boat keys I had forgotten when I left with our boat so I wouldn’t have to turn around. Will definitely be looking to them for service and future boat purchases!

We hit a big dilemma on our vacation while crabbing with a trot line in the bay when we broke a cable on a Mercury jet motor and could only drive the boat in reverse. With one quick call, Midlantic was able to get us diagnosed, parts ordered and problem solved in less than 24 hours! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and we were so grateful!

This was our second boat we boat from Bonnie at Midlantic! They were great the first time so we are repeat customers. Great service, great prices, they put our boat in and take it out at the end of the summer, clean it, perform maintenance too. One stop shopping!☺️

I highly recommend buying a boat from Midlantic Marine. The staff is very knowledgeable. We bought our first boat last summer and we have enjoyed it so much. We had no issues and every time we had a question we would call the Midlantic team and they were always giving us the best advice. They have also winterized our boat which is such a great service since it saved us many headaches and research on where to winterize our boat. Thank you to Justyna and the whole team in Midlantic Marine.

Went to see if we they would perform warranty work on our Load rite Trailer. We went there on the advice ov my contact directly from LoadRite. They told me they weren't taking new customers. As a Certified LoadRite Dealer that is unacceptable to me. If you buy a Ford somewhere else and take it to another Ford Dealership they will perform warranty work.9/23/22If you are at full capacity that would mean you could not take new boat sales as well since it would hinder the quality of your current Customers. New boat sales are new customers and means more workload. You have now insulted my intelligence as well with your response.I had a safety issue that is a under LoadRite warranty. You are an authorized dealer and are obligated to accept warranty work. People's safety is always first, but it is apparent MONEY is first for your Dealership.LoadRite sent me to you!

purchased a 2019 Starcraft pontoon from them.1st summer I broke down on Labor Day. Took back to Midlantic. Charged me close to $1000.00 to remove water in gas tank. They assumed my fault. Summer of 2021/22 same thing Broke down in middle of summer. Gas tank full of water each time. Tried for past 2 years to get Midlantic to repair. Refused every time. Owner called me last week, said I couldn't schedule till fall of 2023. Said they had no Technicians. Way past my warranty now. Had to take my pontoon into MD this week to have looked at and repaired. At a 80/20 split on cost of work now.

I bought a 2013 Starcraft 17ft. I was impressed how professional the staff was, yet how comfortable I felt during the process. Bonnie, Kurt and the mechanic all made sure the boat was ready to go. The friendly labradors are a bonus for everyone... I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

As a new boat owner these guys and gals are great!!! Bonnie was very knowledgeable with all of our questions from the day we walked onto the sales floor not knowing much to the day we picked it up! The whole process was made very easy. Jim in service was great to work with as well when I had the radar and chart plotter installed. Tammy at the front desk always gets you to the right person. Special shout out to Patrick who was there from day one, taking us on the test drive and installing my new electronics!
