Bought outdoor furniture here but I was very close to canceling my purchase. The person helping me (I believe the owner) was so rude! The only reason I went through with it was because it was in stock and I could take it right away. She acted like we were totally bothering her and extending her work day by making the purchase. She also was rude and short whenever I asked a question. I will NEVER go back!!

Northside is a geat place to walk, play baseball, softball, soccer, fish, kayak, with playground and picnic area...it's hard to beat...and I can walk to it. Love it!

I was there with my sister in law and a friend to order 5,000.00 dollars of furniture for there condo. The woman owner was very nasty. When my sister in law ( she is Vietnamese ) but still is a American. ask about some furniture. She had gotten loud and started saying she can't do it and didn't give us a reason why. I even ask what did she mean about she couldn't do it and I am a white American. She then continued to just saying no I am not and saying I can't say why. I give this place a NO STAR SERVICE. SHE IS NOT A GOOD PERSON AT ALL. ???

We ordered a couch in July. To date, we have not received anything. I've called weekly for an update since the 6-8 week promised timeframe expired.Although I know there are delays in manufacturing in certain areas, the reason for this rating is customer service. Not one person has ever reached out to us to say there were factory delays. No calls, emails or any communication. When I call, people are rude and just keep giving me different dates. No delivery date in sight.At this point, I thought is best to ask for a refund and move on to a company I can trust. I was told they would not give me a refund. Truthfully, I would not have left a bad review if I simply got a refund. I am still pursing this avenue through other means.

I have not been so turned off by a business in recent memory. I have come here for years. Likely spent $20,000 over the years outfitting several rental units. Came to look at high level Adirondack chairs. Took forever to be recognized. After getting someone's attention to buy a $900 clearance set, I felt that I was "bothering the saleswoman". You know: pest customers trying to throw $$$$ at you. .... An older woman. Not the owner (as seen on Resort TV) I said "ok thanks" & left. ( I was going to say "here's my card & let's set delivery") Taking my business elsewhere because this place is apparently doing so well they don't need the business.

Website said was open till 5PM drove from Pasadena Maryland over 2 hours and arrived to a sign that said closed until February!!!!!! Update your website people trust what they read. Very frustrated!!!!!

We've been using their patio umbrellas at our paddle boarding and kayaking beach concession for years. They last, they don't fade, they withstand the wind and they look great. Thanks Kebbie and Dusty! We love ya'all .
