Liz has been super supportive throughout my early membership, and Kasey is as good as it gets as a coach….supportive, motivating, and proficient! The other CrossFitters are always there to motivate and give a fist-bump when you finish…very welcoming atmosphere where everyone is busting their butt and putting in work. No judgement… everyone is all about doing what they need to do to get better! Love walking out after a workout feeling accomplished about an hour well-spent!”
“Just recently joined. It offers a lot of equipment to use. Since I am new and starting out, I have been sticking with the treadmill and a weight circuit routine they have. The massage chairs are great and always look forward to using one.The staff is friendly and helpful. This facility is fairly priced. I purchased the Black Card membership so I could use multiple PF facilities.”

“There’s a whole variety of equipment, the gym is a little small but because it is 24/7 you never have to worry about time restraints and there is always a quiet time to go. I do think the price is a little high, but compared to other gyms this is a nice one.”

“My daughter is in the twisters gymnastics program and now on there competitive team. She has thrived there and her coaches really care. She has been to other gyms and this has been the best experience for her. It’s clean the staff are friendly and the owner really cares and knows all the kids by name. My daughter loves it and we look forward to many more years with the twisters team .”
“Very clean place. Very friendly place. Work that I did with personal trainer showed huge gains for me. The cost is low. They have another building for classes. Right out side their door, about 300 yards is a state park. Good place to finish your workout. When you walk in, they know your name!”
