I made an appointment online on their website on a Thursday for the next day. Kyle texted me 30 mins prior to his arriving on Monday to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time. Kyle was very professional and thorough in explaining what he was going to do and the cost. Kyle found several issues with what was causing a burning smell from my dryer use.
