As usual...beachy furniture and really wasn't interested in me since I knew exactly what I wanted and they had a limited selection. Was still a bit pricey even with the sale price.

Great selection of unique art and accent pieces. We bought a sideboard and are very happy with the quality. Most notable was the staff that was extremely accommodating with delivery times and great with follow-up. Thanks to Mari for the support. Will certainly go back and refer our friends.

My wife and I worked with Heidi in the Berlin store to furnish our new beach home. We have a small space and needed something unique! My wife told her the list of needs and she worked wonders! She was amazing to work with and did not mind answering my wife's calls when we had questions! We will definitely work with her again!

As advertised, the service was great, and there was good quality furniture at somewhat more reasonable prices than we've seen around (e.g. as compared to Johnny Janosik.) They had more "transitional" style I would say, rather than modern or MCM - but they did have some things we needed in stock (and will hold them for 2 month for us.) Definitely check them out.

Casual was able to work with me on this purchase and my issues below were resolved efficiently and amicably. Thank you Dianne!!I really wanted to love this place because their stuff is so cute and had planned to furnish my whole place at the beach. We found a marble table and four chairs that were on discount since it was a floor model. We carefully looked it over and under and just found some surfaces scratches that were not a big deal. It was delivered the following weekend and there was a hole on the far left side just under the rim and some scratches on the same side which were not there when we bought it. After 4 days waiting for a response, I texted the sales person who originally said I would get a call from the store manager but never did. Since we had already got rid of our old dining set, I called around and got an estimate to get the table repaired. Guy from Potomac said it may cost $200-$300 so I asked if they could drop price? They would not, said it was reduced. Then could not tell me when I would get my refund after they pick it up. So now have to drive back to OC (2nd time) so they can pick up and it will probably cost them more to pick it up then the reduction. Plus the inconvenience of my time. They have very cute furniture but watch the delivery - you may not get what you paid for. So disappointed. Next time to Johnny Janosik - they negotiate.

After discussing with Dianne, our sales associate, we came to an amicable agreement and they refunded the cost of repair. I am very appreciative!! I would give 0 if I could but here is my experience and buyer beware!! I found a marble table and four chairs which was a floor model. It was also a sale item so we carefully looked it over and only found some surface scratches but nothing we were concerned about. However, the day it was delivered, I found a hole in the bottom and some edge scratches - possible from the delivery. I called the store immediately. Then 4 days later, after no feedback from the store, I called to follow up. I had to wait for a manager get back but ended up texting with the sales associate. I offered to get it repaired myself if they would be willing to reduce the price since I got a rough estimate of $200 to fix it. They would not agree so now scheduling a pick up although they can't tell me when I get my refund. It will cost them $200 to pick it up. Never again - will drive up to Johnny Janosik from now on. Ugh.
