Do yourself a favor let Lori, measure and install your window treatments, I did in 2000 and have NEVER regretted it, my 23 years old blinds look as good as the day they were installed - they repair Hunter Douglas blinds when "they fail" ( the Hunter ones) BECAUSE the blinds factory uses aluminum "guts" - Hunter plastic

We order blinds and curtains before our house was done and you came out to measure before we settled - once we settled it took a month to get some blinds and you forgot to measure a room so we waited another several weeks for all the blinds. Now over 2/12 months after settlement we still don’t have curtains after numerous follow up call where we get the run around always saying 2 more weeks everytime. We were never given a firm price so we are not sure how much we paid vs what is left. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Angela was fantastic to work with selecting blinds and taking measurements. My installer was fantastic and so friendly and helpful. Timing was great and everybody helped work my schedule and kept me informed on the process. Beautiful blinds, I love them! Highly recommended!

I would not use this Blind Factory. I had a frustrating experience with the product as well as the employee and manager. They quoted me a price and time that the blinds would be installed. I could not get anyone to call me back. I ended up calling the factory myself and finding out that the blinds were damaged in shipping. Why couldn't someone call me back and tell me that. The blinds were installed a month later than promised. The blinds are mediocre, don't work properly and I thought I should complain but I just didn't have the time or energy to fight them anymore. Now a year and 2 months later, they charge my credit card for $518 without a phone call to explain or negotiate with me. This is outrageous during this covid virus to have a surprise huge charge on my credit card. My husband gets so upset when we try to open or close the blinds because they don't work properly.

The salesgirl came and measured for me promising an estimate the next day. I called over the next week but her mailbox was full. I spoke with management twice and never heard back. They had the blind I wanted but no service!!! To add my my review, the salesperson did call with an estimate today.
