She is an all-in-one because what she doesn't know she investigates or looks for the person in charge of the subject and she gave me an extra insurance that I didn't think I would buy but she has the ability to explain why you need life insurance. I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years. I have had 4 different agents and countless interactions with staff. I have to say that the only reason why I continue to stay with State Farm is because of Greg York from Billy Reese's office. I have many cars, home, boat, and personal article polices. I'm sure I could save money by shopping around, but I won't even entertain that option because of the superb service I get from Greg. He is extremely responsive and answers all my questions quickly. He even went to bat for me with State Farm corporate when one of my discounts got removed by accident. He not only got the discount back but actually sent me the transcript from his conversation with Corp. I can't thank him enough and so long as he is with State Farm my entire family will be as well.

So after my home insurance increased more than 30% I called around for better pricing. When I called StateFarm I was connected to Greg York, he immediately got my info and gave me a quote it took 10min and not only did I save on my home insurance, my car insurance was cheaper too. Other companies took 5days to get back to me, Greg made it too easy. Thanks for all the savings and wonderful customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking to Abigail Martinez, and she was great. She was kind, patient and professional. She took the time to explain my mom her insurance policy and translating it for her in Spanish. My mom said she felt comfortable with Ms. Martinez and thankful because she spoke Spanish. I highly recommend Ms. Martinez.
